Absolutely an adorable home that has a lovely beach decor. The setup is very pet friendly with fenced yards. The location is close to everything! Our host was lovely, very informative and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend this if you travel with pets.

Quiet place for us, and the dogs!

We love this property, for the fenced yard area for our dogs, and the convenient location, for starters. The house is well maintained and very well appointed. We like the open floor plan and all of the furnishings are very comfortable. It’s more tranquil than expected. The owner is attentive and responsive, and truly cares about the quality of your stay. This was our second stay, and we will be back again!

Great area in Old Bonita-perfect for our cat!

Moved out of our home after 27 years…stayed at the Cottage for our last week in the area.Great size & amenities, including toiletries & kitchen items! And terrific location! Our cat loved the back porch!!

A little “Gem”

We loved our stay at the Seashell Cottage. The unit was clean, layout was functional and living area/kitchen very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the back screened in porch and leaving the doors open to enjoy the breeze & listen to nature sounds. The fenced in back yard made letting my dog out so easy. Laundry was convenient and they had all the little extras, which is a very nice touch. The owner popped by to make sure we didnt need anything and he was so friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family and price was right.

Perfect for Us and our Dog

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Shell Cottage. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and the location was convenient to the beach, Naples, Sanibel Island and my Mom's house, who lives in Bonita Springs. The Cottage was clean and had everything we needed including the ability to stream movies on Netflix or Amazon Prime. Thank you for your hospitality.

This property was absolutely perfect for us (3 adults 1 small dog). It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. An added bonus was the decor - loved the turtle lamps! We will definitely book it again when we return to Bonita Springs.

Great little duplex

The duplex was absolutely lovely & had a cute little fenced-in back yard that my dog enjoyed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the whole house was very homey. The house was clean and in such a great location. It was close enough to everything we would’ve needed but quiet enough that we didn’t hear a bunch of traffic. We will absolutely stay here again if we visit Bonita Springs again. The host was courteous and responsive (in a timely manner) to the messages I sent.

Florida Fishing Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The property is comfortable and well equipped. Located near everything we wanted to do on our trip. The fishing in Estero Bay way really fun. We will be back in the spring.

Best VRBO EXPERIENCE YET !

Seashell Cottage was perfect for me, my husband , and our 2 dogs. Our host , Steve Sims , was very responsive and accommodating.The place was ready a few hours early and Steve welcomed us ahead of check in time. Much appreciated after 2.5 days traveling from Michigan. We were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit, a dish of candy ,water in the fridge, and a bag of ice in the freezer. Everything you need for a day at the beach was available for use. Beach chairs, beach umbrella , coolers and beach towels. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood with a small lake behind the home. We loved having morning in the coffe

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, had all the amenities you need plus! Great location to get to the beach. Lots of seating...inside and out. Great communication with the host. They were so accommodating! Pictures were accurate. Close to everything!

My husband and I both thought the property was neat and clean, the decor was beach cottage perfect and everything we needed was there. Location is in the middle of restaurants, shopping, etc. Our primary destination was Lovers Key, and we were minutes away. We have been VRBO clients for years and we agree that this is the best yet.

Everything I'd hoped for

Quiet neighborhood, lovely home and fenced in yard for my dog. Looking out from the lanai is a large pond with the sights and sounds of nature...very relaxing. Hosts were helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend this home.
