"This home is amazing. Very spacious, well decorated & maintained. The lanai and pool were great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect for us. The owners were very communicative and responsive. Overall this home was Fantastic in every way!"

"My wife, two boys and myself just recently stayed at this house and I can confidently say we had an amazing vacation! This house was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do, super short walk to the beach, short drive to mini golf or ice cream. Plenty of restaurants near to drive to as well. "The house was perfect for all of us! Beds were comfortable which is so important! House was clean but garbage was an issue. It wasn’t taken to the street so the animals got into it. Other than that it could use some clean up around the outside of the house but the inside is beautiful! Hot tub was great too! There is one stair that needs to be replaced walking upstairs. Owner is great and responded to everything. Would definitely rent again!"

"Our family was in town for our son's wedding at St. Leo Church and reception at the Bonita Bay Club. This house was just the right size for five of us and close to the venues. Everything was incredibly clean and the host was responsive to our needs. The pool and spa were nice for a bit of relaxation at night, all screened in to keep out the bugs. Wish we had more time to use the bikes. Highly recommended!"

"We just finish a short stay at the Coastal Lodge and it was wonderful. This may have been the first place were I can say everything was great, the place looks exactly as the pictures, clean, chick and all the details were very much appreciated. "Steve was “Next Level” receptive and responsive during our stay. The location is fantastic and very close/walk to Doc’s and the beach. Gym, Publix, restaurants all very close and convenient. "Property was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Spent a lot of time on the lanai area and grilled out a lot. Lots of room to sit and relax in the living space. Property management was responsive and checked on us a couple times to make sure things were going well. One suggestion would be to update the king mattress and sheets (didn’t use the other bedroom). The mattress was a little in the lumpy side and the sheets did not stay in well due to elastic showing some wear."

"This was the best stay we have had in Florida. The villa was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities we could ask for. Being a few doors away from the pool was definitely a plus also. On top of all that it was close to Naples and a lot of great shopping. This was our fifth year vacationing in south Florida, loved it."

"Super schönes Ferienhaus mit guter Lage und alles war so wie angegeben. Wir konnten die Fahrräder nutzen um zum Strand zu fahren und der Pool war auch super. Strandhandtücher waren auch genug vorhanden Toilettenpapier war hingegen leider nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Das Licht des Pools hat einen Wackelkontakt was aber nicht wirklich schlimm war da dies nur einmal auftrat. Der Grill müsste mal überprüft werden dar der elektrostarter anscheinend nichtmehr richtig funktioniert und es waren sehr...

"This beautiful home was exactly as-advertised. It was clean & spacious. We loved the two screened patios & spent a lot of time in the pool. The two submerged chairs & umbrella was a great way to enjoy the amenity but also get some time out of the sun. Everyone in our small group agreed that we'd love to rent this gorgeous home again!!"

"I loved the location. Step across the street and you are on the beach. Top floor of the building too. I knew ahead of time that the building is mid construction from the hurricane still. I was fine with that. The host can’t change that. I was happy with the price that he offered. It was loud at the building during working hours. Once again I was forwarned of this and I agreed to it. Overall a great stay for the price that it was offered at."
