You will not be disappointed with the unit. It’s exactly as pictured. The view is exceptional. You can see the ocean. Screened in balcony, perfect to eat on/chill. Very quiet. Five minute walk to the beach. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Beach towels and chairs in the closet. Hotel carts to get your stuff upstairs. Very comfy bed. It was a little challenging keeping the unit cool at night but the stand up fan helped. We didn’t use the pool but it seemed ok. Our only suggestion with the unit, and it’s not that big of a deal, is hooks and shelving in the bathroom.Our one complaint was with the check in. We arrived on a Saturday. Our instructions were to get a parking pass from the office. We couldn’t find the office and no one on the premises knew where it was, not even the cleaner. We were later told that the office isn’t even open on the weekends…. Hopefully the check in instructions are more clear in the future.Other than that ENJOY!! Epic sunsets, turquoise waters, peace and quiet.

Upon arrival we notified the management company (Vacasa) that the cleaning staff had not cleaned the shower for some time. The floor and walls were slimy from mold growing in the shower and we also sent them pictures. They promised to send someone to clean the shower and never did. We had to clean it ourselves. Then the air conditioner quit working so we called at 7 am to have them send someone out to repair. Was told I would receive a call within an hour from service company. Called back 3 more times and found they had not attempted to contact a service company. Left the unit and spent the night at a motel. Luckily it was the last night of our stay. Was promised a refund for the night but haven’t seen anything yet. If Vacasa is affiliated with the unit, I would recommend passing it by. Very unprofessional and weren’t even courteous or apologetic with their response.

Condo was exactly as described. Great location - able to walk to beach, and two great restaurants. Pool was close and very nice. Amazing view of Gulf. Only downside is condo on the side of the road so you do hear traffic. Overall excellent stay.

Unit was tiered looking. Needs investment including updating the air conditioning unit which was like having a 747 take off when it started...kept me up throughout the night. Also the unit faces a highway which is very noisy. The access to beach was fantastic but too many unpleasant issues to offset the benefit of the beach. The project manager was fantastic and tried to make a difficult stay the best it could be.

The location of the property was good but the place needs some fixing up. The couches were worn out. The blinds wouldn’t close. The sink faucet needs to be replaced. Bath was ok but water wasn’t hot. The ac/heating unit put out no heat do we had to contact the property manager to get a space heater since the temperatures were in the 30’s. Having said that, the sunsets were beautiful and we could walk across the street to the beach. Appliances worked well. We had an iron but no ironing board. Shouldn’t cost too much to bring the place up to speed.

The view is very nice but the unit needs some work. I’ve stayed in other units here that have far better amenities. Cleaning was a problem (cleaning fee was credited back). There is no latch/lock on sliding door. (Maintenance provided a bar). Beach chairs provided are dilapidated and unusable. Owners REALLY need to replace sofa and chair, both of which sag terribly and are grossly uncomfortable. Having said all that, the area and the beach are just lovely but I would not stay in this unit again.
