"Overall, we had an okay stay, but I feel the property was overpriced for what it offered.
The location was convenient, around a 30-minute walk or 25-minute bus journey into York city centre. Having on-site parking was a real bonus, as was the nearby supermarket. We also appreciated the baby gate on the stairs, and our children loved sleeping in the bunk beds.
However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The property is advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, but in reality it has...

"Ich kann mir keine bessere Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip in York vorstellen!!!
Das Hotel hat erst im Juni 2026 eröffnet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Zimmer mit Bad und Küche (sogar inkl. Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) sind perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer nach hinten raus zudem auch sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage (damit wird auf der Hotel Website auch nicht geworben), dennoch war mein Zimmer zum Innenhof angenehm kühl....

"Todo bien, el staff bien, la ubicacion es genial!! Solo las condiciones del colchon del sofacama no son las mejores y el deposito que solicitan, aun no me lo han desbloqueado son 100£, espero lo hagan pronto 🙏 "

"Clean property.Good heating. Very well equipped.The Bathroom and toilet are downstairs so any night time toilet trips have to be done very carefully with the steep stairs.free parking on the street. Great to have pet free accommodation as I have severe allergies. "

"Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed.
A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were...

"A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again."
