The receptionist/ the person handles the check in was very rude, very unprofessional and very unwelcoming - not hospitable knowing they are in hospitality industry. "Had to wait for the room to finish being serviced before we could enter - 1/2 hour. No milk in the fridge, had to fetch it myself. the directional blades of the air conditioner were broken and missing. The light fitting over the single bed was missing, just a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the bedhead. The catch on the shower door was not sealing and the floor became awash."

"Room tidy, but very small. Good location, close to lots of restaurants and pubs. Good parking if you have a car. Staff were amazing. Especially the manager.
Our bathroom probably needed a deep clean. We had shower moths buzzing around which was a bit yucky. Also a few marks in the grout maybe. I’ve attached pictures.
Housekeeping comes quite late, our room wasn’t done at 3:30pm. They did knock on our door to see if we needed anything though. "
