Bring your own coffee pot! I never thought I would have to say that about a VRBO rental. There is no working coffee pot at this home. It may seem minor, but the mess the broken coffee pot made and the lack of response from the rental company took this 5 star rental down to a generous 3 stars. Called the management company on Friday morning to request a working coffee pot. I spoke to a very nice lady who I believe was with an answering service. She promised she was passing the information along to "the team" and someone would be back in touch. I never heard from anyone!!! WE found a second broken coffee pot in the cabinet and were able to rig up one "working" coffee pot that made weak coffee. As long as you bring your own coffee and don't expect much the management company, this house is fantastic. Perfect for our girls weekend. There is a king bedroom downstairs (no working tub- the tub doesn't have a facet). Upstairs, there are two king bedrooms and a bunk room with four double beds. Our favorite part of the house was the vast porch- perfect for chatting and drink weak coffee. We also rented a golf cart which was fun for getting around the community. I purchased a charcuterie board from the concierge service and was very surprised at its generous portion and quality.

Easter Weekend

This was our 10th year celebrating Easter at Palmetto Bluff and our 3rd year renting this house. It is the perfect house for our family and we loved everything about it! It’s close proximity to fun activities made walking and biking a big part of our day. Our grandchildren love the freedom of staying in Wilson Village, allowing them to explore on their own. On that note, I will suggest that the owners update the four bicycles on property. All but one are in need of repair or replacement. Without this inconvenience I can honestly say that our stay was perfect! We hope to return soon!

Amazing

The house and neighborhood were straight out of a dream. Everything was walking distance as well. The choice of 2 outdoor patios were great also. My coworkers and I enjoyed our time and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house and experience.

We were in Palmetto Bluffs for a wedding. The house was a great place to stay with great porches, both screened and open air, to rest and visit. The house was immaculately clean and very well appointed. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and there was lots of area to congregate and just be together.

We had a wonderful time in Palmetto Bluff. The house was gorgeous, spacious, and clean, the location in proximity to the resort, RT market, and recreational courts was excellent, and the property manager was very responsive. Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Our 2nd time renting this house was an excellent experience. Location, beautiful house, well equipped, great outdoor sitting, it was all exactly what we love! Our only disappointment was that 2 of the 4 bikes need repair or replacement, We will definitely return!

Amazing stay with friends!

We had an amazing stay and was perfect for our group of 8. Location, house layout, fully stocked kitchen, and amazing porch space… wouldn’t change a thing! The one slight negative was we showed up late at night and the lockbox was undone, all doors were unlocked, and wrestling show was blasting on the TV. It was a bit unsettling that the house wasn’t locked up and would recommend the cleaning crew to do so for future guests. Overall 5 stars and hope to come back!!!

Delightful week

Our oldest son and his wife had stayed on several occasions. We enjoyed our time and were fortunate to have booked before April and had no real issues with new restrictions Caitlain was a wonderful resource and promptly replied to questions we had. 2 small concerns. Back door was open when we arrived and the lock did not work on that door. Main floor master bathroom had a tendency to clog. Dish towels for kitchen would be beneficial. Washer and dryer were extremely small. Minor things that might assist future renters. Pool area was great and our grandchildren were like little fish by the end of the week. Thank you
