"This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return."

"Overall, the home was a perfect rental for us only one thing I Would suggest the first step down on the front porch is made 3two by fours. The problem being the other steps down, only have two boards. It is very deceiving for older people you have to Be very careful taking the first step down. A suggestion would be to paint the third 2 x 4 a different color than the rest of the steps going down so you can see that there is a separation between the landing and the first step down."

We had a Suburban and was a little tight and difficult to park. This parking is just inside the security gate next to the trash can area, which is a very tight turn in. "While the property was neat, clean, and functional to meet our needs, I was concerned that the three story wooden building had no fire escapes. Our apartment was on the second floor with only a wooden staircase for entrance and egress. There were two smoke detectors on the second floor: one in the kitchen that worked and a smoke detector in the living room that was too high up for me to test but looked as if it might have been non-functioning."

"Overall Clean - Great location - made walking to the beach easy and very accessible. Cabinets were labeled with all necessary items. Had beach chairs, wagons and shade covers. We did have to clean up after past dog clientele and sweep out spiders and their webs in the enclosed garage. Overall it was great for both the infant and the large dog for space to move about and play."
