When we arrived, the hot tub was not working, the deck screening was broken and two of the lights in the back deck were not turning on. the roku remote for the living room area had dead batteries in it. when i called customer support, they said that there were spare batteries in the kitchen but there were no spare batteries in premises. there were cob webs in the ceiling and upper level. The did credit us a 90 fee but it made the trip less enjoyable and we probably won’t book again. i took videos of all evidence. Also, the check out ledger stated that check out was at 11am but they told us it was 10am.
