Beautiful and cozy cabin with a great location right on the river. We had a great and very relaxing weekend. There is one house right next door, I didn't realize how close it was and there was a work crew there as well so we had no privacy during the day while sitting outside, but that is my only complaint. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for privacy and peacefulness. Our only complaint is that the bedding and all the towels smelled musty/soured. Other than that, the house itself was wonderful. Would stay there again!

The cabin was Ice cold when we arrived. "no central heat or A/c." but the gas heater/fireplace warmed it up quickly. slept good . enjoyed the quitness, lovely setting.

Perfect !

After several years of visiting this area 1-2 times a year but never staying at the same place twice- we can say we have found our spot! The location is beautiful, the cabin was just as described in the listing. It was clean and well kept. We had one small issue that the property management took care of promptly and they were so pleasant to work with. Perfect for 2 people but would have worked as well for 4. We have already booked again for this Fall and can’t wait to return!

Lovely cabin and property. Hot tub was a disappointment. It would not heat. Cabin did not have central heat and air. The gas logs heated the cabin but gave off fumes. We opened a window when we needed to heat the cabin.

this place is somewhere between a house and a hunting cabin; kinda no frills, but that was what we were looking for. very private, secluded location; only one neighbor and they're like 100 yards away. the cabin was clean, and the pictures represent the property 100%. beautiful, peaceful setting. just sit on the river's edge and enjoy the lack of noise!

Great location for weekend escape

We loved our stay at the Toccoa River property! It was a super location close to Blue Ridge and easy access to hiking trails. The riverside site was gorgeous. The hot tub was a fun addition. The beds were comfy, hot water plentiful and the small kitchen well equipped. Be sure to note that there is little privacy here – there is a curtain to close off the downstairs king-sized bed and the queen bed is in a loft, open to the downstairs. The downstairs [main] bathroom door is a bar-style door that doesn't provide much of a barrier between the kitchen area and the bathroom. It worked out fine for two friends and would be perfectly fine for a family but perhaps not ideal for two couples.

Very nice cabin. Loved stay. Did smell some gas and had to turn off heater so got a bit cold

Overall the Cabin was amazing so beautiful and cozy. Only problem was when we got in the cabin smelled like propane gas. We turned off the pilot on the heater. We couldnt get the pilot to turn back on. The electronic heater didnt work so the cabin got really cold over the night. I would recommend getting a new electronic heater or figure out the gas issue.

Lovely Cabin

We have stayed at many cabins in the North Georgia area. This was our favorite cabin by far! It wasn’t that it was the most updated cabin, but it felt comfortable. The River view is breathtaking and the it is very peaceful. Since it is the last cabin on a private road, there is no traffic. We will be staying there again!❤️
