"Such a cute and cozy home! We enjoyed staying here and loved that it was away from everything but also super close to all the wineries. The house had all the toiletries you could think of and thank goodness because a few of us forgot our body wash and shampoos. Delores was such a great host and was very sweet and easy to communicate with. I definitely would recommend this house to stay at and will return if I ever come back to Fredericksburg. "We stayed at the Farmhouse over the July 4th weekend 2025 to celebrate my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, it was the weekend of the flood in the hill country so a lot of the local things we had planned to do we could not do because of the heavy rains. "We come to the hill country every Memorial Day long weekend and this year’s cottage rental was perfect! The location was so good for all we do in the area. The home and backyard were great! We enjoyed the back porch rockers and view after a day of visiting wineries and taking regional day trips! The pool is great ! This place is close to wineries and grocery stores. The views are amazing, We had no issues with the house, bunkhouse, and the pool. Definitely recommend staying here! This home would be a great place for family reunions, group getaways, We will most likely stay here again. "

"My partner and I are artists and city dwellers. We enjoy rural visits for a variety of reasons including inspiration and change of scenery. We fell in love with Boerne and the thirties cottage. It’s secluded and private while close to town. Best of both worlds. We look forward to our next visit. "

"We rented the property to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was even more calm and relaxing than the photos suggested. My kids and dog about the swimming hole, and my wife loved floating in the pool. Would definitely recommend!"

"This place is great if you have a large group, like a family reunion, and has lots of space and privacy. It is rural, but still within 20 minutes of a huge HEB in Marble Falls.
