Hotel couldn’t find booking

Hotel said they didn’t have our booking even though we had proof… manager /owner no there in London all the time leaves a young lad who was very polite and tried to help but didn’t speak very good English so had to call owner who refused to admit we had a booking and said if we wanted a room had to pay again .. we had no choice as we was going to the darts so we was on a time restriction

If I could give less I would

Absolutely horrible place to stay hotel was a dump very dirty payed £143 for 2 nights in a deluxe double room that is not what we got after climbing 7 flights of stairs to room 14 we opened the door to a room no bigger than a police cell the bed was not a lot bigger than a single complained to staff they did not want to help we left after the first night and were offered no apology refund nothing and on top of this police where back and forth AVOID AT ALL

We couldn’t get in to stay the doors were locked and no answer when we rang the number that was at 10 o’clock at night. With it being in Blackpool aswell it’s not like it’s in the middle of nowhere!! We ended up staying in a different hotel round the corner, which they said they do it all the time and there guests end up staying in there hotel. Absolutely crap travelling all that way and it was freezing!!! Hope no one books coz u probably won’t get in

Great location B&B

Stopped here with a friend for just a weekend Hotel is in a great location to all the bars and right by seafront. Owners are very friendly and helpful.. Ok the rooms do need updating things like carpets need cleaning but it’s not too bad we never had breakfast Would we stop here again yes I think we would but would ask for another room as no 2 is very small and I stopped by myself.

I came all the way from Qatar to London and Blackpool. The Sonora Park Hotel, where I stayed, was an amazing place and easy to access from all locations. The staff treated guests very friendly and were more helpful to those newly arriving in Blackpool. location was excellent, very clean apartment and room size was great, just check detail of booking; restaurant on the same street was very good and site seeing /Tower very close by.

Okay...needs work.

We arrived to find that our booking wasn't known by the hotel itself as they were no longer using Hotels.com. So we had to wait around with a member of staff who didn't seem to know what to do... eventually we got booked into the room we'd asked for online. Got given the keys. And then that was the end of any contact with the hotel staff. No offer of breakfast or help with anything. Thankfully the room was clean & comfortable enough for the 2 nights we were there. But they need to sort their bookings out asap!

Absolutely shocking, rude staff, building site. We booked online arrived at the property to be met by a man at the door who refused to let us in, didn’t even ask our names he immediately said your not booked here. I shown him proof and still refused us entry. He wouldn’t even let us in for a drink whilst we tried to find some different accommodation. He was extremely rude! We were not the only couple that suffered this day either.

Booking didn't exist

Hotels.com were offering these rooms at this hotel apparently without the owners knowledge. I find that hard to believe when they would have had to sign a service agreement on both sides before the hotle was added to the site. Sort it out Sonora.
