"Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ... Took a while to get any response from anyone as place was deserted but got there in the end ...Tom...

"Rooms ok staff friendly entertainment good .but after entertainment went off music carried on untill early morning disrupting sleep in back.bedroom .front one would be better. Oerall stay was good. "

"We booked the property for family to celebrate Christmas Day together and were delighted. The facilities were excellent and the loacation is incredibly convenient too. The hosts were friendly, easy to communicate with and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended. "
