"Checked in ok, room was awful. Beds were hard and made a noise when you moved. I opened a window and heard a drip, the radiator was leaking and had been for some time as the floor was wet, the TV was a picture of the hotel (no channels).
Seen reception and was moved to another room which was like a sauna and again the beds were uncomfortable and also lots of noise coming from the room opposite until midnight.
Swimming pool stunk of dam. Was no bar or entertainment due to a burst pipe .

"A great stay (as usual) - hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Car park is a little small, but space is at a premium at the rear of the hotel due to the proximity of the pleasure beach. Thankfully the roller coasters stop around 5pm, so no noise in the evening. Bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop is the only fault I can think of. Would definitely recommend."
