Bedrooms amazing, large and all en suite. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location very good , 10 -15 min walk to Bourton high street . Can recommend Birdland ! Hope to stay here again. "We had the Long House for a family get together her, four generations and a dog. It was perfect for this."

"We loved everything about it. I'm sure other guest reviews provide the details. Grounds, rooms, hot tub, pond...all wonderful."

"Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again."
