You will receive 1 dedicated parking space for free in the parking lot attached to the building. All other cars, will need to park on the street or across the street in the restaurant parking lot. Downtown Birmingham is very accessible by car with plenty of other parking options.

Uber, Lyft, taxis and public transportation are available.

Cable is not provided. The TV has a Roku so you can login to your favorite streaming services!

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house.
