"Emma and her team are so wonderful! I had a scheduling issue and they were quick to move me to another unit. The whole place and area is SO cute. They’re ao thoughtful on everything from the toiletries to decor. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend to anyone! "

"The detailed instructions provided guided me through the process of securing parking and settling into the room quickly. The videos that accompany the welcome document were extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, providing all the expected amenities. The host was very good about reaching out to make sure things were going well during our stay. We loved the downtown location and walked to many of the attractions we came to visit."

"Great location and very clean room. Some issues with the A/C on the second day but we figured it out. "

"This was the perfect place for staying while my mom was in ICU at UAB. I was less than 2 blocks away, and it is a very easy walk. There was a very small glitch at check-in (no fault of the host) that was immediately addressed and resolved. "The pictures online are nothing like the room. We only had 2 tiny pillows on the bed. There was no computer or lamp on the left side of the bed. And the blinds were broken so we couldn't lift the blinds to see the view at all. They did send someone out the next day for the extra pillows. Someone came to fix the blinds and said they will need to be replaced by the owners. We didn't get to see the view, that was the whole reason we got this room. There was also white crusty stains all over the bed...
