There was pet hair and dirt on the floor. We decided not to stay there due to lack of cleanliness. We contacted VRBO for a refund and sent proof of our complaints in the form of photos, but we were unsuccessful because the owner repeatedly failed to respond. "The apartment was clean and the building had great amenities. The problem was that the information sent when I checked in was for a totally different building down the street. After trying to access the building I contacted the owner who then told me the information was not updated and we were sent to the correct address. Air conditioner was not working and maintenance man could not fix it. We slept with a fan that was provided. The owner was easy to contact and seemed really nice and helpful...

The owner/manager was not at all helpful and tried to further lie about the parking available at the property. VRBO was even less helpful and offered no solution to this miss represented property.
