The Space:

Tucked inside The William, Loft 306 pairs industrial architecture with natural light and quiet comfort. Tall windows overlook the building’s bright, skylit atrium and Carrigan’s, the restaurant and lounge just below — lively yet relaxed.



Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa (both with memory-foam mattresses), and a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi. The Bluetooth record player and curated vinyl collection — featuring favorite Alabama and Southern artists — set the tone for slow mornings or cozy nights in.



The fully stocked kitchen includes chef’s knives, cookware, assorted spices, small-batch teas, and reusable paper towels, plus a French press, Chemex, burr grinder, and locally roasted beans.

Entry to the building and apartment is keycard-controlled for security. You’ll receive clear instructions before arrival.



The hallways and common entry areas are shared with other residents and guests of The William.
