📸 Facial-Recognition Access: A selfie is required to register for the building`s secure facial-recognition entry system.
👔 Building Dress Code: Proper attire is required in common areas. Attire such as excessive body exposure, durags, bonnets, undershirts worn as outerwear, ski masks, or other attire that does not meet building standards may result in denied entry.
🚫 No Firearms: Firearms are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, even with a valid permit or license to carry.
💳 350 dollars Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required to cover potential damages and incidentals. The deposit is returned after checkout if no applicable charges occur, less a 15 dollars processing fee.
