Do NOT rent here!! The heater did not work. We patiently waited over 2 hours for it to turn on. I contacted the host who responded 20 minutes later stating she would update once a repairman was available. After over 30 minute wait,contacted host again, stated had not been able to reach a repairman yet. It was 30 degrees outside and under 65 degrees in the room. We had to wear heavy coats just to sit in the living area. We had to find other accommodations because we couldn't stay any longer with the freezing temperature inside the apartment. Host couldn't understand why we had to leave. Also had to download another app to gain access to key door codes. App doesnt work well. ANNOYING! And charged an additional 35 security fee prior to obtaining key codes! RIP OFF! Only reason not a 1 rating is beacuse apartment was clean and well decorated.
