"I booked the Superior Sea Room that included breakfast just to be told by the staff after sitting down for breakfast according to their list I chose the self-catering option.
As a Gold member I also got a good discount and it was supposedly a VIP property.
I contacted the the managing agent via WhatsApp and even after sending him screenshots to show that if I should make another booking that it showed that free breakfast was included.
His reaction was that he only looks on the Nightbridge...

"Fantastic location and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Amber on reception was incredibly helpful.
The room was magnificent and large with a veranda and incredible view. The bed was comfortable and the resort very quiet.
Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Seeing the resident springbok and other wild animals that live and roam in the area was such a treat too.
Would definitely recommend the Lodge and will stay again."

"This place was perfect! It had an amazing view. Everything I needed for cooking. Patrick and the staff were most helpful, They brought us clean towels, a vase for flowers. A container to take the excess food I cooked. This is unusual where I’m from you get the place but no service. This was a 5 star experience at a great price!"

"Had a reunion with old friends visiting from Australia at the Blue Peter Hotel, and did not want to drive home afterwards, hence had a one night stay-over at Small Bay Guest House which is next door, and it served our purpose perfectly - quiet, clean, great shower."
