"I am requesting a refund for this stay because the condition of the unit was far below what was advertised and it significantly affected my experience. The biggest issue was in the main bedroom. On the first and last nights, we heard constant scratching, running, and loud movement inside the ceiling, apparently caused by rodents or other animals. The noise was so strong that it felt as if the animals might fall through the ceiling onto the bed. Because of this, I was unable to rest properly....
