"Staff were great! Room was a terrific size and the bathroom was stellar. Parking was free. There was no breakfast, but the pub downstairs had games and entertainment. It was summer and quite hot so the windows had to be open resulting in a few spiders making their way in, but that would be expected honestly. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"We had a pleasant stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry. The hotel was comfortable overall and the breakfast was very good, with a good selection of options for the family.
The main downside is that the hotel feels quite dated in places and could benefit from some refurbishment. The gym changing room was particularly disappointing — it was very small and the floors were not as clean as we would have expected. "The hotel facilities are good. Bed is comfy, breakfast is nice. However I was attending a conference and had a parcel delivered 3 days in advance which was received by a staff member. When asking for it, they never found it. I was chasing the staff as i had to basically tell her how to proceed (contact the employee who signed up for the package and track it down, simple!).
