Our Stay in Hummingbird #6: Visit Montana Cabins
First, let me apologize…this is going to be long. I only hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for Vrbo to honor their “Book with confidence guarantee.”
Let me start by saying that the cabin is lovely. The views are incredible! We would have enjoyed our stay had we received some help when we first arrived. Unfortunately, Vrbo misrepresented the amenities. We spent over 4 hours on the phone one day, trying to resolve the situation, finally asking to be relocated, because the missing amenities were vital to our trip (gas grill, laundry, fire pit). We were told that these were minor, and weren’t covered under their “missing amenities” relocation policy.
The local team took 7 days to respond to our daily requests for assistance…. Severely disappointed in customer service.
