"The check-in was seamless. We were late getting in, but the light was on and there were clear instructions on what to do. The kitchen was fully equipped-a Keurig and some K cups, a drip coffee maker with a grinder too. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, cleaning products,etc. The condo was spotless. The art and decor were pleasing. Great patio area, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs, towels!Brenda was friendly and responsive and if we had needed anything I’m sure she would have been...

"Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad."

"If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. "Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!"
