"The area is absolutely gorgeous and the views from the deck and balcony are stunning. The cabin itself is cozy and quiet with plenty of places to relax and enjoy listening to the river, trees, and birds. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise, relaxing in the hot tub, and wading in the river with our dog. Overall, a lovely place to refresh."

"Walden was exactly as advertised. We loved the cozy atmosphere and creature comforts. Due to rainy weather we did not get to utilize a lot of the outdoor and riverside amenities but recognized them for being available had the weather cooperated. Derek was very responsive to any needs we had. We loved the screened porch and ate their and enjoyed drinks despite the weather. We are already planning a return visit."

"The home was perfect for our quick family getaway. It was just as pictured, very clean, and had everything we needed. I think our favorite part of the whole trip was hanging out in the backyard on our last night - the big maple tree provided so much shade in the hot afternoon and the string lights were a nice touch while we made s'mores in the firepit at night. There's a great paved and divided pedestrian trail across the street that was perfect for taking the dog out for a walk in the morning...

"It was a great stay, lovely property with gorgeous views of the surrounding fields, amazing sunset views from the front porch, and not a neighbor in sight.
