This property was everything and more. It was our home base while we hiked in Shenandoah National Park. The house was clean and communication with the owner was perfect. Mountain views, hot tub, and fire pit made this stay extra perfect. It felt like a cabin and that's exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect

We loved our stay at Skyline View! We felt at home immediately and settled in for a long weekend. The views were even better in person and we spent a lot of time on the upper deck relaxing with the dogs. It was nicely decorated, clean, and had comfy beds. The large yard was nice for pets and kids to enjoy. The house is perfect for a small family or group with everything you would need and the Host, Robert, was responsive and helpful. We will be happy to return with our grandkids next time. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay with a great view! Stayed with two boys and our puppy. Perfect size and the basketball game was a hit. Lucky to be able to wake up to see the sunrise on the porch.

The cabin was great, and as advertised. We hiked/canoed during the day, and cooked meals at the well-stocked cabin at night. Had a fire in the firepit (wood was furnished by host BTW) overlooking the mountains. It was awesome. (There are limited restaurant options close by, which was 100% fine w/ us.... just plan accordingly.)

My husband, myself and children went to spend fathers day weekend and birthday. We had an awesome time, beautiful new cabin, GREAT VIEW, well equipped....the cabin has everything you need. lovely place. We had dinner in Luray Town (15 mins away) in the Chop House Bistro (great food). Used the jacuzzi, fantastic family time.

Skyline View

Beautiful cabin with a spectacular view. Everything was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves taking in multiple days on Skyline Drive, sampling local winery and breweries, and canoeing and fishing on the South Fork -- caught 18-20 (several nice smallmouth the South Fork is known for). Definitely see this as a cabin we'll look to rent again in the future. Thanks for everything!

Our Favorite Place

This is by far one of our favorite places to stay. The house was clean and the views were amazing. Spacious rooms and the hot tub was wonderful. Everything about the property was a great experience for the family. We all enjoyed it. We will be booking another stay again!

Spacious - Private - Thought out - Convienent.Enough space to have a bbq and toss a frisbee. Or hang inside with friends and loved ones.All the asks of the landlord were clear and reasonable. Would rent again.

Amazing Mountain View

Our vacation was the most beautiful, peaceful, & relaxing few days that we have had in a very long time. The home is stunning inside with the most beautiful views from the front porch. The host was amazing with communication & had everything one could imagine for the guests. I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a wonderful experience in the mountains. An open sky and a warm heart

Perfect place for the whole family. Plenty of room and an amazing layout. We had room for both our dogs and crates! The yard is big and the house was super clean. Perfect for Mountain Views and star gazing. The owners were super helpful and nice.

Lovely peaceful retreat

We loved our stay! The home was extremely clean! Bed was very comfy! View from the deck was gorgeous… perfect spot for sipping coffee/wine and reading a novel. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. We really appreciated the helpful info posted throughout including the labeling of the light switches. Would highly recommend this property!

spring break trip

Family trip to hike in Shenandoah Park. The house was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of hiking. We especially loved the hot tub, pop a shot, and fire pit. It was very well supplied for all of our cooking needs. The kids loved all the books.

Peaceful family trip

The home had everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation.
