"A great place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very comfortable and well maintained. There was one issue for us - the bed has a wooden frame and base which squeak loudly every time you move in the bed. We used ear plugs the second night. Overall though it was excellent and we would stay again. The owner was very friendly and helpful."

"Apartments are in fron of the Manukau Bus Station, but are incredibly quiet. There is a park in front if you want to take a walk or jog.Two bedroom apartment is good sized, good complete kitchen with oven, stove, big fridge, microwave, toaster.. Bathroom is OK. Now for the bad part. Beds are small (not queen, double size), mattress is poor (had to buy a mattresss topper to stay 10 days) Air conditioning is a portable unit, very noisy and irritating. "Communication with the host was great and we really appreciated the early check-in. The house was as pictured - great for 2 or 3 people, but not really enough comfortable seating for more. Very handy to Manukau and a quiet neighbourhood. It's on the flight path but we weren't bothered by that. The beds we used were very comfortable, with extra bedding provided. The shower pressure isn't great but there was plenty of hot water. The main downside and the reason we didn't give 5 stars was the lack...
