“Our little house on the corner” No cleaning fee and no Taxes all include.

  • “Our little house on the corner” was built in 1954. We totally remodeled it this spring for short term renting. The upstairs is now a master suite and two bedrooms are on the first floor. You will not be disappointed with the style and decor. Everything is new but the hardwood refinished floors. If you are traveling through Gallia County for a wedding, reunion, party or just vacationing you will enjoy our home. No other persons will share the home with you. Bob Evans Farm Restaurant, Merry Family Winery, GreenValley Gathering Place are all just minutes away. Downtown Gallipolis is just a quick drive too.

    The daily rate is for two adults and each additional adult is 25.00 per night. There is no charge for children under 16. There is a small one time cleaning fee of 35.00 for the downstairs and an additional 20.00 if upstairs is used also. This too is a one time charge.

    We NOW have wi-fi!

    Parking is by the yellow building on the gravel.

Birthday trip

It was a nice cozy place to stay. My daughter wanted to come see the Mothman Museum for her bday she is into the history of the Mothman. This was a perfect little stay. We also saw the Gallipolis lights. They were beyond magical.

Just what we needed

Nice space with plenty of room to spread out. Close to Twinkleberries Cafe which has an amazing breakfast. There is road noise but they do provide fans that help.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at “Our Little House on the Corner.” We were in town for one night to attend a wedding, and the house had everything we (5 of us) needed. Beds were comfortable, communication with owner was exceptional, and ease of checking in and checking out was excellent. Highly recommend.
