"We found the home to be very clean and inviting. We loved the location, close to everything but off the main road. The kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable and clean. Check in process was easy, the property owner is super responsive and went above and beyond with the minor issue that arose. We would stay here again! "

"My friends and I went down for a flag football tournament and everything was perfect. The location was 4 min from the field, which was ideal for us during breaks and the house had everything needed for our stay. A few of us used the pool saturday late afternoon and it was lovely after being out in the heat all day. highly recommend staying here - Judi is super responsive and a great host! "

"We srayed at this property due to number of guests and proximity to the college. It was a great mix of old and new. This house was wonderfully appointed and everyone enjoyed their stay. The views were spectacular and we had everything we needed and more. It was unexpectedly remote, but once we got used to it, it was barely noticeable. We are even considering staying here again "

"This was by far the dirtiest house I’ve ever stayed at. We ended up washing all the sheets and towels upon arrival. Found candy wrappers and an acrylic nail in the beds. Towels all looked dirty. Could see shoe tread marks in the bathroom area carpet. Washed those too. Island was sticky, window sills also very dusty. Smudge marks on glass sliding doors. Outsode grill area had leftover food from prior occupants & beer cans littered in back. Candy wrappers /candy stuck in shag area rugNeeds...

"The location near the university and in the city is perfect. The living room comforts include blankets for guests. The bedrooms were welcoming and very comfortable. There is an attic area we didn’t use but would be perfect for kids. The basement has a sleeping and tv area with bathroom.
