  • The charming building has a rich history with origins dating back to as early as the mid-1800s. The original structure burnt down and was rebuilt in 1918, but it is believed that parts of the early foundation still remain. It has operated as numerous businesses and has seen a handful of owners throughout its life. This newly-restored two bedroom suite upstairs features chestnut window and floor trim, hardwood floors, locally-made Amish furniture, and beautiful views of historic downtown Berlin.

The home is beautiful! It was cozy, clean and very welcoming! Little touches make it feel like you're staying with family. Hosts are excellent with communication and very thoughtful. The location in town is convenient, however, do keep in mind that traffic/noise can be very heavy at times. Decor is very lovely and homey. The bed was more much more firm than we prefer. Maybe a nice mattress topper would be helpful. It was nice to have a solid table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig with various choices of coffee and creamers. There are also mugs, glasses, plates, and silverware. Everything we needed for eating in. Free, reserved parking spot was excellent instead of having to search for a place to park. I can't emphasize enough the cleanliness of the home! It was outstanding, and I am very picky about that sort of thing! Also, as I stated earlier, the hosts communication skills are top notch!

We loved our stay at Wurthmann House and will definitely stay here again! Robert and Connie are amazing hosts! They definitely go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. They even came out at night to make sure we had shelter during a tornado warning in area. Check in was easy, location is walkable to many shops and restaurants in Berlin and the unit was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Can't wait to come back!

The unit was very comfortable and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It is a very welcoming place and we will continue to come back. We love that it is located conveniently in town, so you can walk to most places in Berlin and having a private parking spot is an added bonus.

We have been to this location numerous times and every time we go it never disappoints parking on the side of the building just such special care from the owners the Millers they do special things and it’s close to town right next to Boyd and Wurthmann House. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I have stayed here many times and we have never been disappointed!! Robert and Connie have thought of everything!! The location can not be beat. It’s in the middle of Main Street right next to the best restaurant in town Boyd and Wurthmann. The balcony is amazing and the inside is equally amazing!! Since staying here for the first time in 2021, we haven’t stayed anywhere else!! You will not be disappointed!!
