Our stay was fantastic. We loved the location, near restaurants, shopping and transit. The apartment is just as described, very roomy providing plenty of space for our group of four. The host is very helpful and available if you need anything. Just be mindful that this is a lower unit, so you will hear your neighbors as they come and go.

Gute Lage, einige Mängel

Die Lage ist wirklich super und für eine Großstadt ist es erstaunlich ruhig.Im Grundriss erscheint es so, als könnte man aus jedem Schlafraum heraus in ein Badezimmer gehen ohne jemanden zu stören. Das ist leider nicht der Fall, da es zu wenig Türen gibt.Außerdem führen die Fenster vom Wohnraum direkt zum Innenhof und dadurch kommt beim Lüften Geruch in die Wohnung.In der Küche ist zu wenig Inventar vorhanden um sich wirklich verpflegen zu können. Außerdem hat die Spülmaschine das Geschirr nicht richtig gereinigt.Das Kinderbett war leider nicht funktionsfähig, da Matratze, Kissen und Bettdecke gefehlt haben. Schade, dass für ein Kleinkind trotzdem der halbe Preis verlangt wird.

Vacances a Berlin

Le logement est super et proche de Berlin. Avec un peu de marche vous pouvez vous y rendre a pieds !Assez de draps de bain par personne, une literie confortable et un logement tout equipé. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Nous etions 10 amis.

Nice place in Berlin for large group

We were a large group of 8 people, the property worked out well having 3 bedrooms. However, as some others have noted in their reviews the front bedroom and couch (bed) are right on the street which can be noisy. Also, the drapery doesn't fully cover the windows in any of the rooms in the entire house which makes it bright in the mornings. It was great having 3 full bathrooms, but 2 of them were quite small. We had an issue with the drains and the host sent a repairman right over which was much appreciated. Very convenient for use of public transport only a few stops from main Berlin sites. Lots of shops and eateries in the area. Would stay here again.

Viel Platz in toller Lage

Diese Ferienwohnung bietet viel Platz für eine oder auch zwei Familien (je nachdem, wie anspruchsvoll man ist :-) ). Wegen der Einzelheiten kann auf die Beschreibungen im Inserat verwiesen werden, dem ist im Grunde nichts hinzuzufügen. Zu "bemängeln" hatten wir nur einen defekten Toaster (es gab noch einen zweiten, der es tat) und einige fehlende Geschirr-Halterungen in der Spülmaschine (die verbliebenen reichten uns völlig), das rechtfertigt aus unserer Sicht keine Abzüge. Absolut großartig ist die Lage: einerseits sehr nah an der Schönhauser Allee und der dortigen üppigen Einkaufs- und ÖPNV-Infrastruktur, andererseits in einer wirklich sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße und zudem im Erdgeschoss, so dass man keine Treppen bewältigen muss. Fürs Ein- und Ausladen kann man kurz vor der Wohnung in zweiter Reihe halten oder findet ggf. sogar einen "richtigen" Parkplatz, allerdings ist das Parken dort recht teuer. Ansonsten befinden sich ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt die Schönhauser Allee-Arkaden, ein Einkaufszentrum mit Parkgarage, in der man sein Auto für € 5,- pro Tag (!) abstellen kann. Tip: mit Apcoa-Account/App kann man einfach rein- und rausfahren, ohne ein physisches Ticket ziehen und am Automaten bezahlen zu müssen (Kennzeichenerkennung an den Schranken). In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einige sehr nette Restaurants. Wir waren mehrmals beim Italiener "Antichi Aromi" um die Ecke - sehr empfehlenswert!

Photos and property description are not reflecting apartment reality and conditions. Dish washer broken, no freezer, very bad quality of kitchenware, bathrooms being flooded after a bath, very old TVs without streaming available. Feeling extorted, expectation was high, too expensive and no quality. Half of the price would have been probably fair.

großzügige FeWo für Leute mit wenig Gepäck

es war alles sauber und wir haben uns wohlgefühl.t. Die Wohnung hat Charme erscheint aber baulich noch nicht ganz fertiggestellt. Der Putz blättert noch von den Wänden. Das größte Problem war mit dem Auto an das Objekt heranzufahren um wenigstens aus- bzw. einladen zu können. Wohl typisch für Berlin. Parken im Parkhaus um die Ecke war möglich. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit der U-Bahn passt.

Large apartment, spacious which worked well with our group of 5 though easily could have more stay here. Nice to have several bathrooms. Kitchen was adequate, could benefit from one or more additional pans (skillet, sheet pan). Owner was very responsive when we had a request during our stay to have the heat turned on as the weather was cool and rainy. Our request was promptly attended. The front bedroom that faces the street really needs a privacy curtain. You are unable to dress in this room as anyone walking on the street can see right into the room. Plumbing/drains in all bathrooms needs attention. Drains are clogged and in one bathroom leaves an unpleasant odor. Location is decent. Short walk to public transportation and nearby restaurants and cafes though took some seeking out to find. A few more attention to details and this will be a very good apartment for a stay in Berlin

Très bon séjour - appartement agréable

Nous étions 3 couples qui avons passé une semaine dans cette location. Il y a trois vraies chambres chacune avec sa SDB et WC. L'immeuble est très calme ainsi que la rue. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le quartier est sympa et le métro est proche. Le tram M1 est aussi très proche. Tout est réuni pour un séjour agréable.

Great location

This three bedroom, three bath apartment was perfect for our group of six. It is located in a safe neighborhood, close to public transit and grocery stores. The weather was very hot when we were there. It would have been nice to have a fan or two. Despite the heat we had an enjoyable stay.

A basic apartment in a good location. The apartment looks a little tired from outside and is very basic on the inside. The curtains throughout could do with being replaced, especially to the front elevation where it was very easy for passers by to see into the apartment, especially at night when lights are on inside, it is not very private. The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

Siamo stati in 7 adulti, sistemati ottimamente con servizi igienici comodi (3 bagni). Abbiamo visitato Berlino comodamente data la vicinanza della metro. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e l'appartamento, pur avendo uno sbocco sulla strada, non è assolutamente disturbato. Veludstyret lejlighed i dejligt kvarter med god plads til tre par

Stor lejlighed med tre dobbeltsenge, tre badeværelser og to køkkener. Også mulighed for yderligere sovepladser. God plads til både at være sammen og til at trække sig tilbage. Få hundrede meter til U-stationen Schönhauser Allé med hurtig forbindelse til Mitte og andre bydele. Et godt tilbud. Vi vender gerne tilbage.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, Platz auch ausreichend. Einige Mängel in den Küchen. Geschirrspüler wäscht nicht mehr gut, alter verschimmelter Kaffeefilter in Kaffeemaschine? Diverse Glühbirnen defekt. Baustelle direkt vor der Tür. Hier hätte ich einen Hinweis erwartet. Für unseren Kurzurlaub war es ok.

Very clean and nice aparment located in a great area

Very clean and nice apartment located in a great area. Perfect for bigger groups. The fridge did not work, when we were there, but the service from the people we rent it from were great, and we were satisfied with our treatment. The area is great, nice connection to public transport. Remember to be quiet, as the neighbors probably will hear every loud noice you make. Great stay, and I will recommend it very much.

Große Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Berlin. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt um Berlin zu erkunden.

Einfache aber gemütliche Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung hat alles zu bieten, was man so braucht (sogar eine funktionierende Waschmaschine ist vorhanden) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, S- und U-Bahn Anschluss, Spätis, Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Eins der Schlafzimmer ist recht klein, aber man hat auch dort sehr gut geschlafen. Die 3 Bäder waren ein toller Luxus (wenngleich die Klospülung in einem Bad leider sehr schlecht ging -> hat sehr lange zum Auffüllen gebraucht). Sehr witzig war die kleine 'Terrasse' direkt vor der Wohnung! Alles in allem eine wunderbare Wohnung für einen Besuch in der Hauptstadt!

Appartement magnifique, idéalement situé à proximité du métro et des commerces

L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité des commerces et du métro. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une personne très gentille et qui était disponible si nous avions besoin. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes et aux descriptions faites sur le site. Nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes. L'appartement disposait de 3 salles de bain, 3 WC, 2 cuisines et la vaisselle était en quantité suffisante pour nous tous. L'immeuble était très calme ainsi que le quartier. Nous avons trouvé facilement et l'appartement était propre. Les lits étaient faits et 2 grandes serviettes de toilette par personne étaient prévues. Je conseille cet appartement et n'hésiterais pas à le relouer si je devais repartir à Berlin.

A very spacious clean and well equipped apartment. The 3 bathrooms were a godsend, The kitchens were well equipped . The neighborhood is very quiet and access to public transport shops and restaurants make it a great place to stay.
