"Extraordinary property. Beautifully designed and maintained. Location perfect for exploring Porcupine Mt State Park. Lovely beach for swimming and rock hounding. (For you geology buffs, we saw examples Omars and Oolitic jasper- glacial erratics from Hudson Bay’s Belcher islands.)We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor fireplaces but would have appreciated brief instructions re: need to ignite pilot lights which we did eventually figure out. Thank you for sharing this amazing home!"

"The house had everything we needed for a three-night-stay. It was clean, in a good location, and the living room furniture and master bed were comfortable. We did not use the hot-tub, but it did appear to be clean and in good shape. House has been partially updated, bathroom could use a little refresh, but was clean. Overall, a perfect stay and centrally located to the Porcupine Mountain area for hiking and site-seeing. "

"Great location for visiting the Porkies while still being close to groceries and restaurants. The cabin property was nice and private with spacious grounds surrounded by trees and a great fire pit. The interior had everything we could possibly need including spices, coffee, and toiletries in case we forgot anything. This was, by far, the best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed at. Beyond that, it was just a fantastic cabin to relax after long hikes and wake up to the next day of hiking. "
