Al frente del hotel había un restaurante súper bueno , todo céntrico el personal súper amable ! Si vuelvo a New York este será mi lugar seguro ❤️"

"La estadía a sido decepcionante. El ruido de los equipos en la habitación q dan al interior es insoportable. Tuve que dormir con tapones de oídos toda la semana. La calefacción y ventilación de la habitación es complicada de regular por tener equipos muy viejos. La atención luego de reclamar el primer día y que me propusieran pasar a otra habitación con peor ruido y sin más opciones luego de rechazar el cambio fue lamentable. The stay was disappointing. The noise of the equipment in the room that gives you inside is unbearable. I had to sleep with earplugs all week. The heating and ventilation of the room is complicated to regulate because there are very old equipment. The attention after claiming the first day and that they proposed to me to another room with worse noise and no more options after rejecting the change was regrettable."

"Great location: just a couple of blocks from Central Park and a metro station. Good building: elevators are fast, and it is a well-maintained building. Rooms: good size overall, beds and pillows are very good. Clean and well-kept. Basic stuff, but the fridge and the number of power outlets are a big plus."
