Perfect setup to explore NW Arkansas

Beautiful Home

The home was absolutely gorgeous! It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to everything. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for location and property description is because it was never mentioned or showed that there is a large parking lot behind the back yard with bright lights. This is the only thing that took away from the property in our opinion. If that sort of thing doesn’t matter to you, then I would recommend this property 100%

Not bad

Pros: Close to downtown. Very clean Cons: Hot tub is in desperate need of cleaning. There is heavy algae in it and we couldn’t use it. Beds are super hard. Transitional neighborhood.

2024 Bike Trip .

A Great Stay!!!!

Let me start by saying we loved staying here! Plenty of space for everyone to gather around and watch tv in addition to play games on the table in the living room! The hot tub was amazing and a great way to relax! Everyone who stayed here loved how close it was to everything as well! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking at a great place to say, look no further!

Play and Stay

We biked, shopped, and ran around all day while in Bentonville and this was the perfect place to come “home” to at the end of the day. It is located on a quiet street, had plenty of space for our big family, and the hot tub after mountain biking all day…heavenly!

Beautiful stay at WOW!

The WOW House is not only a bright and spacious home, but a walkable distance to nearby events and restaurants downtown. The hot tub was clean and so many amenities were included. Patrick was an amazing host during our stay in Bentonville! Every question we had regarding the house was quickly answered. He made our stay great, and we look forward to renting from him again!

Loved our stay

This house was convenient and super clean. We rented bikes for our stay so we were able to get everywhere very easily. Everything was very well stocked, there wasn't anything we expected that wasn't there. I would definitely recommend!

Five Friends had Fabulous Fun

Our friend group of 5 women wanted to get away from Kansas City for the weekend. We had not traveled together before Patrick & Chance’s house was perfect for everything we needed. It was so comfortable and clean and tastefully decorated. We will be back.

Perfect place for Bentonville weekend

The property was newly renovated and very nicely decorated. A comfortable place to hang out between biking, dining, and exploring Bentonville. The accommodations were excellent for our biking group.... Comfortable king size/queen size beds, ceiling fans in bedrooms, nice linens, lots of pillows, and plenty of towels. Enough room for everyone to relax on the big comfy couch after long rides around the area. Garage had ample, safe storage for our bikes with a rack, outlets, and cleaning supplies. Communication with owner was very easy and replies were prompt. Location to historic downtown Bentonville is ideal!

Excellent stay

We stayed for a last minute retreat where we could focus on us. We loved the hot tub, organization and amenities. Thank you. Hosts thought of just about everything.. three things would be helpful to take it over the top.. a water filter (or Britta container), hooks outside for towels, and 2 cruiser bikes (the distance to the center is walkable but if the stay is long becomes a bit much.. would be nice for guests who don’t want to do that trek or who would like to maybe go beyond the center every day) Thank you again! We loved our stay.

Clean modern spacious and convenient

The property was great. It was just my wife and I but this would be a good fit for a family or friends. The bedrooms are a great size, all with large closets. There is a large mudroom with the laundry. And it's blocks from downtown Bentonville. We will definitely stay here again.
