The location was nice and the architecture was nicely contemporary. However, the living room and third floor tvs were not watchable. The third floor heating/air unit would not come on. The second floor unit would also not respond the second evening. Hardware on the pocket door of the master is difficult to operate and the latch on the master bedroom door is also not workable. We were disappointed based on the price of this unit.

Great Concert Trip

Visited Bentonville to see a concert at the Momentary. Perfect location near restaurants, coffee shops, the square and just steps away from the Momentary. Great location and communication with the property manager was excellent.

Modern urban living in a great location

Property as described. All the modern feels and amenities. Great for cyclists and walkers. Fully-equipped kitchen--even an electric grill and spices. Very rare.All bedrooms are upstairs; this is a loft townhouse. So anyone with mobility issues should be aware.Walk to restaurants, night life, downtown and The Momentary. Feels very safe. Highly recommended.

Location Location Location

This property is a great location in Bentonville. Several places are walkable. If you looking to bike, it is right on a bike trail. We didn't use any of the appliances, but the kitchen was beautiful. Lot if stairs. I don't mind stairs but if you don't like stairs, then you take that into consideration. If you go, make sure you visit Crystal Bridges, it is a don't miss experience in Bentonville.

Nestle right in the middle of the Art/Market District, this beautiful condo is hard to describe in words. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room let in plenty of light. The glass walls on the master bedroom are so chic. The washer and dryer were appreciated. The spacious kitchen made it easy to prepare our morning breakfast. Close by there are many popular restaurants, bike trails, and music venues.

Highly recommend this home!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The property was beautiful, spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown, allowing us to easily explore all the local attractions and dining options. Communication with the owner was seamless and prompt, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO ever stayed at

This is a very new and modern three-story townhouse located right by a great coffee house, an excellent sea food restaurant and 100 years from The Momentary museum and event center. The property management is also top notch and always available via text, even over a weekend. Great place!

Relaxing getaway

The house and location were great. It’s within walking distance of multiple restaurants and we could take our bikes right out the back door onto the downtown trail. There was a problem with the A/C on the 3rd level and the management company was very responsive, had multiple people out to work on it and stayed in communication with us. We would definitely rent from them again.

Family Vacation

This home was the perfect home away from home for our family vacation. The home had beautiful design and had every needed amenity. The sleep spaces were cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was in walking distance. It was too cold out for us to make good use of the bike trails. Bike Rentals are a few blocks away and delicious food could ne found around every corner.

Overall Good Stay, Beautiful Property, But Strong Frustrations w/ Moldy Bathroom

We truly had a great stay, in many ways. The location was perfect, the condo design was stunning, and also functional. We were very appreciative of the good communication with Cohobnb while we were there. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again, and we won’t be able to recommend this property, due to the significant amount of black mold on the master bathroom floor. I had quite a flare up in my health because of this mold, even though we tried our best to mitigate with air purifiers, nasal rinses, and supplements. The mold exposure impacted my ability to have the energy to do all that I had hoped to do on our trip, and it took me well over a week to recover. 

I am more sensitive than most to mold, due to my past health issues, but having studied the dangers of toxic mold exposure, I know it will impact the health of anyone who stays there, just in a variety of ways. (From headaches, to allergies, to neurological flare ups, like what I experienced.) I sent a thorough note to the property owners on why I believe they should remove the source of the mold for the sake of everyone’s health, and how it affected my stay. They said they would pass on the information, but I haven’t received any indicator that they are taking it seriously at this point. One of my biggest frustrations is that the photo of the master bathroom on VRBO is cropped, so that you don’t see the moldy tile. I want to give Cohobnb the benefit of the doubt as much as possible, but this honestly feels a bit deceitful to me. I let Cohobnb know that I would be able to recommend their property if I see that they take this seriously, and commit to remediating the mold. I’m hoping and praying that they do.
