We often rent a place somewhat near XNA airport so we can attend a Razorback game. Staying in Bentonville is close enough to Fayetteville to experience the college town activities when near campus, but then spend some time slightly north to enjoy another wonderful, old town square within walking distance of restaurants and bars and mountain-bike experiences. This rental is in a great location. It has a few stairs no matter which room you stay in, so it may be harder for some. But the space is new and beautiful and perfect for a group or family. We’d stay here again.

This townhouse was very clean, it was well appointed, ease of getting in and out was great. The location cannot be beat. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful the master bedroom is the same. The other rooms were very nice as well. We had a wonderful time there and I cannot say enough about the location and the space itself. We hope to return next year at this time.

Had a great stay, loved the facility and location. I stayed in the third floor bedroom, the TV would not operate. Tried new batteries in remote to no avail. The third floor balcony furniture was not covered and was wet and dirty. For large groups the main living area did not have enough comfortable seating.

We had a wonderful weekend! The property is beautiful but there was a technical issue so we ended up without wifi for the weekend. Having said that Brandie, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and did everything possible to assist!

Needs alittle maintenance

The property is beautiful and well located but kitchen glassware lacking, no wine glasses at all, the upstairs bedrooms hot. One friend actually cleaned return air vents that were covered in dirt and dust to try to improve cooling, WiFi was not working after Sat morning and back porch furniture in very dirty condition and dead plants and junk..

Wonderful house and LOCATION!

We had a getaway with friends and had the best stay at the Bespoke Townhome. The decor was beautiful throughout, and the house was incredibly clean! The location was ideal for walking to great restaurants, shopping in the square and exploring downtown Bentonville. The provided a wonderful atmosphere for friends to visit while also having space if people needed to break away for some rest. It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property! Parking was also very easy!

This couldn't have been a better stay. We were staying in town for a wedding at The Ledger. This VRBO was super close to The Ledger and really everything else we visited. We were able to walk just about everywhere. Parking was super simple and ample for all of the guests. The actual townhome was amazing. We didn't really use many of the amenities for our stay, but plenty of great appliances for cooking, laundry, etc. if needed. Also the beds were super comfortable. I'm not sure what sheets/comforters were on the bed, but I need more of those in my life :)

Beautiful home in the best location!

Our stay was top notch. This home is in the best location in Downtown Bentonville. It is truely walkable to everything. It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is stunning and equipped with everything we could possibly need. I would love to return and stay here.
