Our two families (4 adults, 2 teens and a 5-year old) had a wonderful time! We all fit in the house well and didn't feel too cramped. The kids enjoyed the pool table upstairs. One note, if you plan to use the twin daybeds in the loft, they have no privacy - it made early wake up’s with the little a challenge not to wake them. But - not a deal breaker. The house has a 2-car garage that is available for use. We used it to store our bikes and gear. It was nice not having to store 7 bikes in the living quarters! There is also parking for 2 cars in the drive way (off of an alley). Others would have to street park in the front of the house. The Blackstone in the little courtyard is a nice touch! We enjoyed grilling out one night. We biked to restaurants and the splash pad, too! Neighborhood trail access means you don’t have to haul bikes around to get to the trails! You can access Choo-Choo, Moo moo, and Boo boo from the neighborhood and continue to the All American. We did this daily and then rode Masterpiece across the street repeatedly! The only downfall is the ride home is all uphill - so you gotta leave some energy in the tank for that! :)
