Location, location, location.

Our stay was wonderful, this home is in the absolute best location in Downtown Bentonville. The rooms were spacious and spread out for lots of privacy. Would 100% recommend.

Great ! Great location ! Beautiful place ! We loved it and will definitely stay again . Probably not great for older people as there are a lot of stairs to 3 of the 4 bedrooms

Walkable GEM in Bentonville

Terrific group base camp for Bentonville AR visit. Clean, fresh and stylish townhome for large family or group stays. Walkability is a 10 out of 10 for Crystal Bridges and all that downtown Bentonville has to offer. We appreciated the comfortable living/dining/kitchen area for gathering and ample bedroom/bathroom spaces for privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Nice setup for our group w 4 beds and 3 full baths. The location is perfect for dining in downtown Bentonville. Unfortunately, the unit was not clean. This was particularly disappointing as others had said it was very clean. The management did sent someone over once we notified them of the issues but I feel someone should have checked this before we got there. I would rent from this owner again as they were responsive.

Our MTN Bike Trip to Bentonville

We loved this property. it was all about location, location, location. The brownstone was spacious and lovely. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. Loved the large kitchen too. The TV's were not best. The sound and colors were not clear. But we were there to ride bikes, however when it's raining it was our go to and we made it work. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot

Highly recommend this location. It was walking distance from Crystal Bridges and everything downtown. It was well appointed with very comfortable beds. FYI…there are lots of stairs since it is multi-levels. Not a problem for our crew but could for others. Communication and service was exceptional!

ideal location/wonderful property

Highly recommend this property! Family gathered for wedding in town and location was perfect as we could walk to stores, yoga, restaurants, shops and easy access to trails. Nicely decorated (holiday touches appreciated), comfortable beds and clean. Customer service was prompt and accommodating. We will be back! Thank you.

Property close to everything! We did not use our car during the stay-walked everywhere.

Brownstone had everything we needed! Having a garage was nice also. Wonderful to be so close to everything. Everyone in our group raved about the mattresses-very good quality! Great place to stay!

Great location and very responsive property manager. Clean and new feeling. Wish it had a BBQ grill, but that might not be possible with this type of brownstone living. We would stay here again.

This house was very spacious for 7 adults and one infant! So convenient to all of the things we wanted to see and do in Bentonville and more. So easy to come & go for all the family! We would definitely stay there again!
