Lovely property, but not clean upon arrival

The location is amazing. Walking distance to Airship Coffee (10 minutes) and about 15 minutes to the trails around Crystal Bridges. Very cute interior and a nice layout. Great outdoor space and kitchen. The only issue was that the house wasn't clean when we arrived. It wasn't filthy that we could see, but all the beds had been slept in and there were used towels in both bathrooms. We had to get ready for an event we were attending that evening -- we had plenty of towels so that was ok. The property was cleaned while we were out that evening which we appreciated. It would have been nice to have been offered something in compensation, but we were not.

Great location and house

The house is in a very nice residential small town feel part of town. The house is clean and well equipped if you want to cook or just hang out. Garage play room was a little warm with the heat. We had a storm blow through and quite a few limbs fell. The property manager was very quick to come over and had help to clean up.

Terrible weather, but the VRBO was awesome!

We had a great stay at The Sinatra in Bentonville. The place was spotless and well-appointed. Communications and instructions were timely and thorough. It took us a couple of days to realize the garage in the back yard was part of the rental. It's got plenty of space for multiple bikes and even a bike work stand and few, basic tools. There's also a foosball table and cornhole in the garage.

Spring break bike trip

The place was in a great location on a side street not far from Main St and also super location for trail access. The house was adorable, had ample space, was clean. We missed out on the ping-pong table that was advertised though! And, it would be nice to maybe have a space heater in the garage/game room area?

Great house in Bentonville

The Sinatra house was very clean when we arrived. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood about a five minute drive from the downtown square. It was perfect for two couples! We would definitely stay there again.

Great place

Beautiful, very well furnished facility. Wi-Fi is awesome, game room in rear of property was the hidden jewel. If your biking it is just minutes away from all the trails. Very clean city with lots of amenities. Parking is abundant even with a bike rack on the rear. Numerous bike stores if needed. Everyone very friendly. Check in and check out process is flawless. I would stay here again.

Cute House but Warning to Renters

We stay in Bentonville ALOT. This is the first property I would NOT recommend. It is hosted by a property management group that is unresponsive and basically a call center so they can't answer questions or help with concerns. This listing is falsely advertised. The fire place that it hypes up had a sign on it that said "Do not use". The game room that is not pictured is actually a detached garage with no heat or air and there is no Ping Pong table. The foosball table is barely operational. The grill photographed on back patio doesn't exist. And luckily there were no other issues b/c there's no one to help you if there are. Best of luck, and buyer beware.

Clean, Convenient, Extra Storage

Really enjoyed the property location, close to all of the trails and near downtown. Loved the extra garage storage in the back of the property. It had ample bike storage, outlets to charge the e-bikes. Very clean and decorated very well. Will definitely rebook next time we are in town.

Good house

Very clean with great location close to town square in quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen well equipped except for serving dishes. Appliances in good working order. Beds a bit too soft but this is largely personal preference. Nice kid friendly back yard.

Great for a long weekend!

House was perfect for our long weekend of relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Bentonville! The owner is very responsive and helpful, and the property was well maintained and clean. Perfect location near the square and tons of great restaurants!

Great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and the bed was comfortable! The perfect place to come back to after walking around Crystal Bridges and downtown, especially since the location was great and so close to everything.

Nice house close to downtown

Everything was great. Clean house and rooms. Plenty of towels and linens. Nice record collection. Only have 2 minor strikes. New refrigerator needs wheels dropped so it doesn’t slide when opening. Master shower needs a second door.
