This is the best rental we’ve ever had. The communication was great and easy. The portal was fantastic, user friendly and the quick videos on how to use things like the thermostat and door locks was appreciated. The house was gorgeous and we wanted for nothing! I couldn’t believe everything that was included. The backyard was where we spent most of our time. The outdoor TV, putting green, cozy furniture and hot tub would bring us back again. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and literal steps from the bike trails. Even the neighbors on all sides were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The amenities were perfect. We loved the hot tub, golf, and the entire backyard experience. It was great that we were next to the bike trails as well.

Clean rooms, hot tub, fun atmosphere, closeTo amazing down town restaurants and shops. Lots of close by activities. Owners are fast to respond to questions. Overall 5 out of 5 stars. We are definitely coming back.

This place is a mountain bikers dream! The garage was incredible to be able to park our car in and store our bikes. The house is an oasis. Close enough to walk to town, but also tucked away. We were able to access the tech hub trails directly behind the house which is amazing. This is the best short term rental we’ve ever stayed at! The pictures don’t do it justice. Our dogs loved the back deck. The waffles are such a great surprise! Will definitely be back!

We have stayed at multiple locations in the Bentonville area and this was, by far, the best property. Lots of attention to detail down to the coffee and waffle bar and the clean and large hot tub. Each room was decorated with class and care. The location was just close enough to everything while being private and quiet. The host had excellent communication and was very friendly and respectful. We will absolutely return.

We (4 adults, 2 children, and a dog) loved our stay here!! The house is even more beautiful than the pictures show and had plenty of room for all of us. It is very well stocked with towels, kitchen items, toiletries, games, etc. They even provide dog treats and dog bags :) The amenities are wonderful (hot tub, putting green, waffle bar, well stocked coffee and tea bar, and more) and the location is fantastic.Communication was excellent as well. I highly recommend staying here!

This place is nice and exactly as described. Most VRBO don't have coffee, yet this place has two types of coffee available, several nice k-cup as well as pour over. Most places I wouldn't even use pre-opened consumables such as the coffee, but this place was spotless so no worry to feel at home. I saw no negative signs of a dog such as stains and/or hairs. Soap, cleaning supplies and all is plentiful to use. This is a clean place and enjoyable stay. Trails are feet away from the house, but they are not easily hike-able as they are mountain bike trails with very steep berms. Drive about 1/4 mile and you'll be in the middle of miles of walking/hiking trails.

best vacation home! So attentive to detail! They’ve thought of everything! COFFEE AND waffle bar was so beautiful (and yummy) that we’ve decided to make one in our home JUST LIKE IT!!!!! I’ve never stayed at a place that provided waffles!!!! And all the fixings. Backyard is also amazing. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful, well appointed home! And so clean!!!

Everything about how this house was great! The backyard is the perfect place to relax after a day of riding. The waffle and coffee bar are a nice touch. The owner communicates quickly. The trailhead is right behind the house as well.

Wouldn’t change a thing. Beautiful property. Waffle bar & coffe provided was a great and easy breakfast. Kids love the hot tub, even in summer as it was a cool off tub. They have thought of everything here. Great for trail access and downtown access.

Fantastic trailside home

The house was nicely appointed and modernized with all the amenities you need. Very clean. Coffee and waffle bar we're a nice touch for the morning. Private yard with putting green and games kept the younger ones entertained. Hot tub was great after a long day riding the trails, which is right behind the house. We will be back, thank you!

Never been to Bentonville and found it to be awesome! So much to do and see. We're planning out next trip. Our house we rented was absolutely perfect. Everything was so nice and well thought out. 10/10!!

Perfect dog friendly home in a wonderful location!

We couldn’t have been happier with the house. It’s clean almost like it’s brand new. The hose is more than adequately stocked for your stay and biking needs. The neighborhood is super close to downtown to easily enjoy the restaurants, shops and bars ibut also situated in a quite relaxing, neighborhood. Of coarse having the trail hub(s) right to the back of the house was amazing! We will be back!

Great location, next to trails. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to relax. Enjoyed all of the amenities: Belgian waffles, hot tub, back deck, to name a few. Our host was incredibly responsive to our questions. Was an incredible place to spend a week with friends.

Great Trip

We had a great time. House was extremely clean and well furnished with all of the necessities. It was a short bike ride to the paved trails-but warning-very steep hill! Mountain bike trails were right out the back door. The hot tub was an added bonus, we used it every evening. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Stay in Bentonville

Beautiful house in a fabulous location. Quiet neighborhood. Bike trails just steps from the house. Crystal Bridges a 5-minute drive away. Restaurants and grocery stores 5-minute drive away. Host is wonderful and responsive. Next time we are in Bentonville, this is our vacation place.

MTB Playground in the Backyard

The location of this property is a stone's throw from dropping into the mountain bike trails -- literally you can see the Tech Hub from the driveway. If mountain biking isn't your jam, take the connector trail down to the greenway for a short walk up to Crystal Bridges. The property is super clean, and the location is superb in proximity to the trails. The coffee and waffle bar is an excellent touch!

Great location, very clean - perfect spot in Bentonville

Great location and immaculately clean, this was perfect spot for our weekend in bentonville. We brought along our small dog and were excited to see doggie bags & treats! The house is right next to walking trails so it made the trip to have a nice walking path in the mornings to the local coffee shop instead of the street. The house is well appointed, super clean and had everything we needed plus some yummy surprises at the coffee bar. Will def stay here again if in town.

Exceeded our expectations!

The home was perfectly located next to the trail system and close enough to town which made it easy to get around. The home was very well appointed and had everything I think you would need for a pleasant stay! Beds were comfortable, TV's in every room, kitchen was well set up and the waffle maker was an added bonus! Would definetley stay here again!
