I could write so many positive aspects of this rental, but I’ll summarize: If this property appears to meet your needs and budget, don’t hesitate to book it! It exceeded ALL expectations. Would definitely stay there again.

The Carriage House is a hidden gem! The location is absolutely perfect—within easy walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to explore, yet situated just a block off the main road so it felt peaceful and quiet. The home itself is lovely, beautifully decorated, and much more spacious than the photos let on. We also loved looking out the windows at the gorgeous, picturesque gardens of the Henry House. I will absolutely check availability here first whenever I return to Bentonville!

The Carriage House was beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and it was great that they were dog friendly as we took our 8lb Morkie. Walked to Crystal Bridges and downtown. Very convenient! I would highly recommend it! I would hope to use the beautiful gas stove on return. Our stay wasn't long enough.

Everything associated with this property is stellar. The location is excellent; it is an easy walk to the town square and the Saturday farmers market which was very fun. The hosts are conscientious and want to ensure your stay is satisfactory. We’ve stayed here before and will continue to do so. It’s a lovely spot.

This is the second time we stayed at the carriage house. Just as wonderful as it was the first time. The home is clean, beautiful, quiet and very nicely decorated. It’s in a location that makes all of the Bentonville town Square walkable close to walking trails close to restaurants etc

Great location near square

Property was everything we wanted—walking distance to the square. It was well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. There is construction nearby that wasn’t loud during our stay, but has the potential.

Gorgeous place in perfect location

The living space is absolutely beautiful. And extremely comfortable. And the location is absolutely perfect! On a dead-end street. So quiet at night. But just a block or two to restaurants, biking, etc. Highly recommend!
