The pros outweigh the cons.

Our group of three came to the Bella Vista area for a weekend of golf and Crystal Bridges. Our stay at the Fairway Townhome was quite pleasant. It rained most of our stay, so your very large screen tv came in handy more often that we would have liked. :) Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the exception of paper towels. There were none. On the whole, the home was very clean and lovely. We would make some additional observations that would improve the stay for others: provide shower soap or gel in upstairs bathroom. There was none. The downstairs bathroom (lovely shower, btw) did not have a bathmat. The upstairs tub faucet and sink plug were broken. Upstairs shower doors were off the rails. The cranks on the upstairs windows were broken so unable to open them. the back patio was not accurately represented on your site. It was a mess, even considering that it is fall and the leaves are falling. Looked as though it hadn't been used for a very long time. All in all, we would visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Clean, convenient, and responsive hosts

My wife, dog, and I stayed here for a quick weekend in the Bentonville area. The location was quiet yet easily accessible via a short drive to downtown Bentonville and a plethora of bike trails, some of which you can start from the front door. Covered parking, comfortable accommodations, and a full kitchen were highlights of this stay.

Perfect for Small Family

My wife and I both work for companies with offices in NWA. This home worked for remote work, but was also close enough to commute into Bentonville. There was close to access to trails, and it was walking distance from an excellent park. We hooked a Switch up to the 75" TV and the kids played a lot of Mario Kart. Everything about this home was beyond expectations and we had an excellent visit. Our children used the upstairs bedroom and had forts with the cardboard bricks and played with the marble run for hours. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we did laundry twice. I reached out to the host 2x during and had quick responses. We are so grateful and thankful for this home. Would recommend highly!!

Christmas biking adventure

It's a really nice place, though it really only sleeps 4 people comfortably in actual beds. The 3rd bed is a pull out leather couch in the living room, which wasn't bad but not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement for a group of 5 or 6.

Planning and Biking

I used my time to plan for the next six months and also get in some cycling. Everything about the property was wonderful. Great location, and a very nice place. I would encourage anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay to consider this property.

Quiet and close to everything

We picked this place because of it proximity to mountain bike trails and it did not disappoint. An added bonus was the bike park for the kids and it was only a 15 min drive to Bentonville. We would come to this place again!

Clean, quiet property right on The Back 40 trail system. Within a few minutes of Downtown and many of its trails/attractions but far enough out to be relaxing. Even had a bike wash!

Efficient and clean

The wife and I enjoyed several days here for mountian biking and it was very convienient distance to Coler, the Pen, and of course, the Back 40. The house is modern and nice. I would say that hopefully the couch and bed could get some updates, as they weren't particularly comfortable. The wife was in need of window curtains, as there were people who walked by and did look in (trying to find their rental). All-in-all, it was a great stay and we appreciate the great communications with the owners.

Could be Better

The location is great and in close proximity to trails, golf, and Metfield amenities. The outdoor space was good, although not a view, and the size of the townhouse was great for the three of us. Other good things are the TV, game console, and the dining table.. Main floor shower was in good shape also. There is also a nice bonus area at top of stairs where kids can play or you can get some work done. Smaller kids will love the magnet board. Now for the things that need improvement. The kitchen is not great. You can make meals, but it is tight and after taking a look we decided to just eat out for our short stay. Also understand that restaurants are not abundant in Bella Vista. Dishwasher did not work, coffee pot made coffee, but the actual glass pot was broken, and the older refrigerator is simply painted to make it look like it matches the rest of the other stainless appliances. Bedrooms are okay. The beds were fine, but the A/C unit is right outside the master and it is pretty loud when it kicks on. It was loud enough to wake me up several times in the night. The living room has a nice large TV but the furniture is not comfortable and is limited. The upstairs bathroom mirror is cracked and not as nice as the main floor. Having done a few rentals in BV, there are significantly better options out there at the price point.

Great biking get away!

Katy and Eric are wonderful hosts. Communication was great and they even shared some of their favorite trails. Loved so close to the trails and the activities. Enjoyed a family game of mini-golf with provided clubs and golf balls. Didn't get to see everything so will definitely be back to take in more trails and the surrounding beauty.

A Month in Bella Vista

We had a lovely month-long stay in this scenic, Bella Vista rental. Our landlords were GREAT, responding promptly to all questions and requests. The second floor of the unit is adorable especially if you have children, with its spacious and creative play-space. There is a very nice common space in front shaded by trees for relaxing. The kitchen was well - stocked with pots/pans/cutlery/storage containers and pantry staples. We know the owners are continuing to make updates on the unit, and we'd like to suggest some end tables in the master bedroom and living room + a small dresser for storage; A shelf and additional towel rack in the first floor bath would also be ideal. Privacy blinds on the front windows would also be appreciated. Perhaps these updates are already in the planning stages. :). All in all, a very enjoyable stay in Bella Vista.
