"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again."

"Close to U of A campus, this retreat was the perfect headquarters for our college apartment search. Its peaceful location, was restful. The host is quick to respond and very courteous. PS Be sure to pack coffee if you want to make your own. "

"Very pleased with our stay. Location provides easy access to the bustle of Bentonville, yet in a quieter neighborhood. Owners were quickly responsive and helpful. The layout is good, it's well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, the shower is superb and the outdoor space is quite pleasant. We definitely plan to return next year for the annual event we enjoy."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this Vrbo! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, but tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The anpartment itself was incredibly spacious, giving everyone in our group plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was spotless when we arrived, and clearly very well cared for. "Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse. Great rib-eye! Gave us lots of info on different Antique shops to check out and info about downtown Bentonville Arkansas.Will definitely stay again next year. This is a place you want to stay!!"
