Great location and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On game day, it really helped to be walking distance to the stadium and to our son’s fraternity house. Our host was very responsive, even when I couldn’t find the remote for the a/c that was right where it was supposed to be. :)

Great location a block from Hugo’s, Little Bread Company and the Farmer’s Market!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again.

Great Place

Stayed here with my girlfriend for the weekend. This spot is perfect for 2 people or just 1. The house was cleaned perfectly along with plenty of towels and amenities. There is also a very large brita filter inside the fridge which was very convenient. The only trouble I had was getting the proper code for the door upon arrival. The property management company was swift in getting me to correct code. 10/10!

the location!

Great location, nice neighbors and easy access to all things downtown Fayetteville! Check-in was a little wonky for a few minutes trying to determine the code to check-in but the host was quickly accessible and responsive! Anytime I had a question or issue, the host was “on it” — no complaints with engagement and response from host throughout entire stay! Bed was super comfy and bathroom is tiny, but overall ideal space size for an individual there for a short timeframe. I certainly recommend — checkout super easy too!

Very comfortable

Very clean and very comfortable. The people upstairs were a bit loud walking back and forth but there is really nothing that the owner could have done about it. With earplugs I fell asleep fine and the people upstairs seemed to stop before it was too late.

Great location in Fayetteville

We were in Fayetteville to visit our granddaughter who is a student at university of Arkansas. The VRBO could not have been in a better location. Close to restaurants and bars, and only a short distance from the university. The unit is small, but had absolutely everything we needed. The well stocked kitchen was wonderful.

Management is awful

The door lock did not work. We were not able to actually get into the unit for 5 hours after check in. And they absolutely did not offer even close to what we should have been compensated for this inconvenience. Also, the management property insisted that I take a selfie and send to them before they would send me the door code !!

Fayetteville Stay

We enjoyed our stay in Fayetteville. Apartment was nice and location wonderful as you can walk to area restaurants easily. We would recommend this apartment to stay at as it has easy access to U of Ark. and area restaurants.

Minimalist perfection!

Studio apartment was perfect for two people with all the amenities for a brief Fayetteville visit. Easily walkable to Dickson St activities but removed enough to be quiet. Owners were extremely easy to reach if needed. Wonderful location!

Cute place that’s close to everything

Small but nice

This little apt met most of our needs. We didn’t realize it was rush weekend for the college, so it was full of collage kids. It got old taking our pups out to potty, up and down the stairs, but we knew this when we booked. The kitchen was missing a few things that would have been helpful, but not a bad place!

Great location, Comfortable, Turnkey process...

Like many reviews, this place is very small but very clean, efficient, new renovations and a perfect location. Property management was easy to get a hold of. Adequate parking on the backside (this was not a game weekend so can't speak to that). Price, location, ease of use were exactly what we needed for a short trip to move child in to UofArk. Can walk to Graduate, Bread, Grub, Dickson and the square within minutes. Would stay again...
