The house was very nice.On the plus side, it was clean and the furniture comfortable. Internet was great, the Roku provided a nice way to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen had everything needed, from dishes to glasses to pot & pans.The biggest issue was the window coverings. The blinds don’t close all the way (either pointing up or down) so privacy was an issue. The sun coming through in the morning made sleeping difficult. The outdoor light from apt 1 was on 24/7 and made sleeping in bedroom 2 difficult - because it was so bright. Not sure what was going on one of the nights, but the upstairs guest kept turning his outside light on and off and it lit up my room. While this isn’t the owners’ fault, it was bothersome to have a neighbor playing with the nights late at night. Room darkening curtains would be helpful. Otherwise, bedroom 2 was comfortable,Bedroom 1 has a very squeaky bed and the same issues with the blinds - the morning sun comes a-callin’ bright and early. Room darkening drapes would be helpful.We were somewhat taken aback that there was no shampoo or bath soap. This should be listed in the amenities so others know to bring it.A note about parking: this isn’t the owners’ fault, but it would be nice to ask visitors with over-sized pickup trucks to park on the street so 3 cars can fit in the driveway.Overall, we had a nice visit and we’re happy with this house.
