Amazing house - exactly as described, if not better! Would recommend staying here! I gave all 5 starts except for 4 stars for the check-in process, as we had issues with the door opening, but we called the property owner & she answered right away and fixed it. I would definitely stay here again!

The house checks every box for a family vacation and the lower level was a great setup for young kids. The location made it easy for us to walk to North Beach or take a stroll into town for coffee/dining/shopping/farmers market. We would stay here again.

My extended family and I really enjoyed our stay! We were just a few minutes walk away from the beach, and it was an easy walk to town as well. The house was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. We had a group of 7 adults, 6 kids, and 2 infants, and the house was the perfect size for us all. There were also lots of beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon to use in the garage. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again for future family vacations!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 5 couples staying for a weekend of cooking and hanging out and this house is perfect for that. Every bedroom was comfortable and clean as was the main floor living area. Great kitchen with all of the utensils, pots and pans, all in great shape. Loved the open feel of the main floor as we spent most of our time there. Watched a great sunset on our first night, just across the street at Dykeman Beach. Would recommend this house to all my friends.

We had a great time with seven adults, eight kids aged 2-5 at this property! A 15-20 min walk to town, beach right across the street. Great sleeping areas, comfortable and beautiful house. The parking is just for three cars and strict in that you cannot park on the driveway at all for any reason, but it worked out okay for our group.

We had a perfect weekend celebrating our wedding at this house! It was a great space for entertaining and the location was perfect for also enjoying the beach and downtown south haven. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs, etc. and Julia is a great host!

The Parkside house was perfect for our family vacation with our children, their spouses and our six grandchildren (age 6 month - 6 years). My husband and I took the fourth floor bedroom that gave us our own space away from the sometimes craziness. The lower level bunk room and play area was perfect for the grandkids to play and watch movies. The short walk to the beach was easy, the weather was beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time. Fun family memories were made.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family reunion! It is beautiful and spacious with an amazing kitchen stocked with everything you might need to cook gourmet meals. The home is immaculately clean and still seems brand new. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and cute downtown area. Would highly recommend this property!!

We just had the best week with our family! This house is so clean and beautiful! It is right across the street from the beach! Tons of extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, and a pool table! We had 14 people and we never felt crowded! It was amazing and would highly recommend! We will be back!

Place worked out great. Had a large group for a golf weekend. Plenty of space to hangout. Right next to everything - Lake Michigan and South Haven bars and restaurants. House comfortably fit our group and everyone had a place to sleep. Highly recommend!

Great location across the street from the beach and short walk into town, comfortable beds, lots of areas to sit and play games, fairly well supplied kitchen (lots of big pots, could use some big pans).

We had a great time. The house met our needs perfectly for my wife and I plus our three adult children, their spouses and our four grand babies age 3 and under. The separate floors gave everyone the space they needed and we were all still able to gather in the family room / kitchen which was its own separate floor. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and the weather was perfect. Because if the four babies the only issue we had was all the local restaurants do not take reservations, and since it was high season the restaurants were crowded and seat you on a first come first served basis. Difficult to wait in line with four babies. But we did quite a bit of grilling and brought our own cornhole boards to play in the side yard. Overall we would highly recommend this rental.

We had a great time staying for the weekend at Julia's property. The house was super clean and incredibly spacious. The yard area is a bit small, but we still made it work without issue and you are just a couple minute walk to the beach. Would definitely book here again or another of Julia's properties!

Great property! We visited in the early Fall with our two young children. The beach was so close (just steps away) and so private! Sunset was breathtaking. Huge park nearby, which was very fun for the kids. Right next door to a bakery with delicious coffee and baked treats. Also, 5 minute drive to Meijer which was very helpful. Downtown South Haven had a lot of fun restaurants and shops. House was equipped with grill, great appliances and other items for staying in and cooking. It was a lovely weekend. Owner was responsive and very accommodating. Would visit again!

We stayed at Julia’s property in mid-May with extended family (10 adults, 3 young children), and we had the absolute best time! It was nice for each family to have their own floor—tons of space with great sleeping options! The house really has everything you need. I especially appreciated the night lights in every room, the wagon, beach chairs, and tons of beach towels! Book this place, and you’ll have a wonderful time!
