Free Wifi for smartphone or tablet. The living room has a satellite receiver, Samsung 43' Smart TV (Netflix, and more than 200 other channels), Sony DVD/CD installation with bluetooth,

Google chromecast installed on both TVs to stream music, movies and web pages from your smartphone, tablet or laptop to TV.

Computer furniture with fixed internet connection in the dining room. In the master suite is a 2nd Samsung 32' TV with DVD and Playstation 2. A large selection of DVDs and CDs and Play station games are available, as well as reading material and fun board games



***EXTRAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

The luxury linen package is included in the total price. Linen package consists of bed linen, pillowcase, towels (different sizes), tea and towels. For stays of more than 1 week, linen will be changed in consultation with the guest.

The beds will be made at check-in.

WIFI / internet is included.

High chair is included in the price

Gas consumption during your stay is included (also in the winter months).

Use of washing machine, dryer, rotary dryer, ironing board, iron.

The 24 hour service of your multilingual villa manager is available if required.

Electricity consumption will be calculated after your stay in the villa and will be deducted from the deposit.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION

In the summer months (from June to the end of September) and during the Christmas holidays, check-in/out is only possible on a Saturday.

Checking in/out on any other day (except Saturday) may incur additional charges.

If you want to check in on a day other than a Saturday, please always check with the owner if this is possible before you place the instant booking via VRBO.

Check-in is 4 PM. Check out is at 10.00 AM

Check in age: Minimum 24 years for the person making the booking.

We appreciate it if you do not smoke in the villa. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Full villa information will be sent to you once final payment has been made.





***LA CUMBRE DEL SOL OUTSIDE THE SUMMER SEASON ( WINTER )

With an average of more than 300 days of sunshine per year, the Costa Blanca is of course the ideal place to spend the winter.

To ensure that it is also warm in the villa in the winter evenings, we have installed infrared panels with thermostat in the villa. This is for optimal heating comfort during your stay. Infrared provides more than enough heat.

Why infrared: clearly better heat than traditional central heating, it is environmentally friendly, fast heating and distribution of heat (constant room temperature), demonstrably better for your health (good for your muscles), no dust circulation.

In January 2022 a fireplace was placed in the living room for even more warmth, atmosphere and of course cosiness

Then you can even match the feeling of warmth of a sauna with the mobile radiator. You can therefore set the heat level in the villa yourself. Electric blankets are also provided for your comfort.

Large international supermarket (fresh bread rolls, croissants), pharmacy, hair salon, and restaurant " La Cumbre" ( with amazing view ) are less than 250 meters away.

The spectacular beach of La Cumbre (playa Morach) is within 2 minutes by car. The beautiful sandy beaches of Javea and Moraira are within 10 minutes by car.

Enjoy a game of tennis or padel tennis (about 300 meters from your villa). A professional coach is present.

Otherwise an afternoon horseback riding at "Hípica Cañada DEL SOL" (about 750 meters away from you), or a walk along one of the many marked trails along the coast of La Cumbre del Sol
