We hebben 5½ week doorgebracht in Casa Inca. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf en een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het zwemmen in het verwarmd zwembad was erg prettig. Het is sowieso een fijn zwembad. In het huis is van alles aanwezig. De keuken is goed uitgerust met alle benodigdheden en een zeer goed werkende oven. De huiskamer is gezellig ingericht, dus als het een keer regent of als de avonden kouder zijn, dan zit je in een leuke, gezellige setting. Zowel vanuit de huis-/eetkamer als vanaf het aangrenzende buitenterras heb je een prachtig uitzicht op Moraira, op de omgeving, op de zee en op prachtige zonsondergangen. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep zeer soepel en vriendelijk. Ook het contact met de lokale contactpersoon verliep erg prettig. Als we een vraag hadden, dan kregen we vrij snel een antwoord.

Beautiful property, plenty of room for a large family and enough kitchen equipment for barbecues etc. Retractable awnings were a useful feature in August. The view is spectacular, nice breeze from being so high up, and good air conditioning. The pool is lovely and easily big enough for a family.

Very good time in casa inca

3 semaines à Casa Inca. Très bon séjour dans cette villa idéale pour 7 à 9 personnes.La vue est magnifique et l'emplacement est idéal sur la Costa Blanca.La villa est bien équipée.Nous la recommandons.-----------------------3 weeks in Casa Inca. The pool and Property

A great xmas break in the best area of Spain. Pool heated to 29 degrees, absolutely perfect. Lovely views all day and sun from morning until it leaves you the most stunning sunsets. Underfloor heating in villa was lovely. A great break and thanks to Utz and Natasha for everything. Thank you

Location and space outstanding

Casa Inca is a lovely homely, spacious and welcoming home from home in the most scenic location. Natasha made us feel so welcome from the outset and as our point of contact during our stay. The villa provided absolutely every convenience you would need for a relaxing break. Although it was only two of us staying at the villa, the space is perfect for larger families and friends or even a couple of families. There are lots of indoor and outdoor areas to spread out in and do your own thing. The villa is close to a great supermarket and the town is a short drive away.

What a view

Excellent holiday. Couple of minor issues sorted almost instantly by Natasha who was very helpful in general. Love the view and quiet location. Had the pool heating and even my wife went in, which is amazing. You'll need a car for Cumbra del sol as its a fair hill (cant have that view with a climb). If there is a criticism (small one) outdoor space around pool all taken up when sunbeds in use. Fine for us sun worshippers but not much room for kids to play. Overall 4.9/5 went in went inad pool

Heerlijke villa met schitterend uitzicht!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Casa Inca. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Natasha en zij was, net als de eigenaar, voor en tijdens ons verblijf goed bereikbaar en heel behulpzaam. Het is een groot huis met drie verdiepingen waardoor we allemaal onze eigen ruimte en privacy hadden. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het uitzicht is geweldig. Het huis is gezellig ingericht met een lekkere grote bank, grote eettafel met mooi uitzicht en heerlijke bedden. In de buurt is genoeg te zien en te doen en binnen 10 auto-minuten vind je een grote supermarkt. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug.

Simply Stunning!

From the moment we arrived, seeing the jaw dropping view we were made so welcome by Natasha the host. The villa has everything you could need with all the small details covered and was very clean throughout. The owner was pro-active and kept us up to date with the things we needed to be aware of in the area and if we had question's, we got very quick answers. The pool is bigger than the pictures make it look. There is so much to do and see in the area for adults and kids and had one of the best holidays we could have imagined!

Une vue époustouflante !

Amazing views

The house has breathtaking views from both the pool and the first floor, it truly made our stay unforgettable. Es war uns wieder eine Freude in dem Ferienhaus Casa Inca zu wohnen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist überaus freundlich und problemlos :) Das Ferienhaus ist sauber, gemütlich und hat alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht! Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

We chose this property for the view and it did not disappoint. Home was clean with no unusual smells. Natasha was always available to help with any questions we had. I can see us returning to this sanctuary in the future.

Beautiful villa, lovely pool.

Really well equipped villa, nice and spacious for our two families. Some great walking and beach recommendations nearby from the owner. The pool was a highlight. Views amazing and we had a lovely breeze during the evenings that took the edge off the heat.

Lovely villa in a quiet spot

We stayed in February 2023. The weather was kind (only a short burst of rain) and we enjoyed the wonderful peace and quiet as well as the spectacular views! The home is well equipped - one of the best kitchens that were have ever had with multiple dining areas and bedrooms over three levels. Supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away and Moraira is a mere 10 minutes. You can see everywhere you'd like to go from your dining room table! It's all downhill as the villa is in a lofty spot. Every evening we enjoyed a roaring log fire and family games. Our teenagers really liked the place. All in all a great place to stay.

Hervorragende Villa mit Traumlage

Gepflegte Villa mit Traumlage und Panoramasicht zum Meer, so wie im FeWo Überblick beschrieben. Die Hausausstattung ist gepflegt und komplett. Der aufmerksame Gastgeber und seine freundliche und hilfsbereite Verwalterin Natasha waren jederzeit fuer uns da. Mit meiner Familie haben ich in Casa Inca wunderschöne angenehme Ferien verbracht und kann daher Casa Inca sehr empfehlen.

Perfekte Urlaubsauszeit in der Villa Casa Inca mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir haben sehr entspannte Tage in der Villa Casa Inca verbracht und waren sowohl von der Unterkunft als auch von der Lage oben am Cumbre del Sol mit traumhaften Blick auf Moraira, aufs Tal, auf die Küste der Costa Blanca und aufs Meer restlos begeistert! Ein perfekter Ort, um richtig zu entspannen. Oben auf dem Cumbre ist es zudem himmlisch ruhig. Die Villa Casa Inca ist liebevoll, umfangreich und sehr sauber auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und man kann auf den verschiedenen Terrassen, am Pool oder im Garten herrlich verweilen. Sehr schön auch der Terrassenbereich hinterm Haus mit Gasgrill. Der Pool mit Ausblick auf die Küste ist ein Traum, morgens oder nach einem Strandtag ein perfekter Erfrischungsort! Es sind ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vor Ort. Das Haus und die Küche sind reichlich und gut ausgestattet (super auch der große Kühl-/Gefrierschrank!), es fehlt an nichts. Mit dem Auto ist man sehr flexibel, in 5 Minuten unten am Cumbre schon an den ersten Supermärkten und in 10 bis 15 Minuten an den ersten schönen Stränden in Moraira, El Portet oder in Javea. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich und sehr unkompliziert. Es hat alles gepasst. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft passt genau. Vor Ort eine sehr nette und kompetente Begrüßung! Ein Rund-um-Paket zum Wohlfühlen, ein toller Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Séjour en famille mai 2022

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison en famille globalement satisfait du séjour, bon contact avec le propriétaire et Natacha qui s'occupe de la maison, le seul bémol c'est les salles de bain et la cuisine qui sont à remettre aux goûts du jour. Les points forts de cette maison sont: -Amplacement dans un quartier calme -Vue exceptionnelle -les extérieurs, grande piscine avec jardin exotique -proximité des plages 5min en voiture -proximité des magasins 5min en voiture (mercadona et aldi)

Paradise

From start to finish our holiday at Casa Inca was superb. Utz is a brilliant host who catered for all our needs both before our arrival and during our stay. The house is perfect, a great size for a couple of families. It is well equipped, set in a beautiful garden with the benefit of a spectacular view. There is a great pool which the kids spent most of the time in, heated so good for an Easter break when the sun is not guaranteed. There is enough to do at the house but if you do venture out there are several stunning beaches within 10 minutes drive. We would 100% recommend this property and will definitely be back again.
