Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit Freunden in der Villa Las Brisas verbracht und waren rundum begeistert! Das Haus ist mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet – stilvoll, aber dennoch gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt.Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die umfangreiche Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche: Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Auch darüber hinaus lässt die Villa keine Wünsche offen – von Kinderspielzeug über Strandutensilien bis hin zu allen gängigen Haushaltsgegenständen war alles vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt angenehm und unkompliziert macht.Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer – ein echtes Highlight! Unsere Kinder waren vor allem vom Pool begeistert und haben dort die meiste Zeit verbracht.Zwar bietet die unmittelbare Umgebung keine klassischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, dafür aber gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Insgesamt okay

Grundsätzlich ist die Villa sehr schön, sauber, ganz gut ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit der Vermietung sehr freundlich. Die Aufteilung und sehr unterschiedliche Ausstattung der Zimmer hat es für unsere Gruppe aus vier gleichberechtigten Paaren und einer Einzelperson aber nahezu unmöglich gemacht die Belegung so zu organisieren, dass alle Beteiligten zufrieden sein konnten. Für Familien mit Kindern mag das anders aussehen.Die 5 Schlafzimmer sind auf drei Ebenen verteilt.Das „Turmzimmer“ im obersten Stock ist wirklich super; groß, mit einem tollen, neuen Bad, mit Schränken, eigenem Balkon und tollem Blick. Auf dieser Etage gegenüber befinden sich dann auch Sauna und Jacuzzi; eine tolle Etage. Auf dem Eingangslevel darunter befindet sich ein weiteres Zimmer nicht zu klein aber ohne verfügbare Schränke (da abgeschlossen) mit einem gegenüberliegenden Bad. Das direkt über dem Zimmer liegende Jacuzzi fährt während der Nacht Programme, die bei leichtem Schlaf als störend empfunden werden. Die drei anderen Zimmer befinden sich eine Etage tiefer auf Poollevel. Hier ist die grundsätzliche Problematik, dass das mittlere Zimmer keinen eigenen Zugang hat (wie es uns eigentlich auf Nachfrage gegenteilig bestätigt worden war) und deshalb ohne Privatspähre nur durch eines der anderen Zimmer zugänglich ist.Der Platz hier reicht leider nicht für meinen gesamten Text.

Beautiful Villa near Moraira

Large and well maintained villa in a beautiful area, close to the sea. Many great beaches locally and superb beaches. The villa is spacious but homely. My family had a wonderful 2 week stay and would highly recommend.

Thank you for a lovely holiday

Very comfortable villa with a great location and lovely sea views. The separate layout with interconnecting bedrooms downstairs worked perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 2 babies. Everything was beautifully presented and the property manager Ulli was friendly and really helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday, we hope to come back.

Wonderful villa

Amazing property with lovely views. Car needed to get around, some lovely coves nearby where you can sit with a drink and food available from the nearby restaurants. The villa has everything you need, a real home from home. Bathrooms are very modern, beds very comfortable. Hot tub and sauna a real bonus and welcomed on a few chilly evenings in February. Communication with host and also management on site excellent, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, you wont regret it. Also considering booking again next year, maybe trying the owners other villa at El Portet.

Wunderbare Villa mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und tollem Blick

Wir haben im Oktober 2023 11 Tage mit 3 Paaren in der Villa verbracht. Las Brisas ist eine absolute Traumvilla – die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Wunderbarer Pool, genau richtig zum Schwimmen, aber auch Plantschen im vorderen Bereich. Toller Blick von Pool und Terrassen auf die Hügel und das Meer. Obwohl die Bebauung drumherum sehr eng ist, merkt man das in der Villa und beim Ausblick nicht – die umliegenden Hügel sind dicht begrünt und verbergen die anderen Häuser gut. Die hässlichen Hochhäuser in Calpe sind nicht zu sehen. Der Poolbereich ist von den anderen Häusern aus kaum einzusehen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr schön eingerichtet, die Ausstattung hochwertig, die Betten bequem, die Bäder toll, die Küche großzügig und bestens ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse gibt es 2 Grills und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, am Pool ausreichend bequeme Liegen und eine Lounch-Ecke. Highlight die nagelneue Sauna und der Whirlpool, beides mit Blick auf Hügel und Meer. Der Kontakt zum sehr netten Vermieter war prima und schnell, auch zur Verwalterin vor Ort. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir kaum Ausflüge gemacht haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!

Annual family holiday

This is a lovely Villa with all amenities and a superb sea view. You will need a car to get out and about. It has many features including the large Naya. pool, terrace and garden but also the Jacuzzi on the top floor overlooking the Sea !

Tolles Haus

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders ist der Blick aufs Meer auch aus im Schlafzimmer. Ich das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely large villa

Overall we had a great time in the villa, it’s well equipped with pool, sauna and jacuzzi. There are 5 double bedrooms, although a couple are joined. Perfect for a group of 7 and a baby. The villa is in a quiet location, you do need a car to get to shops and restaurants. There is a small beach about 1 mile away. Lots of beaches within 10-20mins drive. Lots of good restaurants nearby, we liked Grizzlies near Calp. We did have a mixup at checkin, due to the normal person being on holiday, but she sorted it from Italy. Overall would recommend villa for a large family group.

Gorgeous villa

Beautiful villa. We were a family of 8 (4 couples). We each had our own bathroom and privacy. The villa was even nicer than in the pictures. The pool, view, bbq, terraces were all wonderful. We had a brilliant holiday. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Pool and sun loungers were used everyday! Did a day trip to Moraira and it was great, loads of restaurants, shops and a beach. Great restaurants near by. I would recommend hiring a car, it’s quite a hill to the villa but we were fine with a 9 & 7 year old but wouldn’t like to attempt it with a pram or elderly (probably more the walking in the heat than the hill). Great villa, amazing holiday!
