Una casa muy cómoda y preparada

Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia, sobretodo de su comodidad, y su piscina a cualquier hora, no ha habido problemas, sería de agradecer añadir una cafetera italiana y una batidora al menaje de cocina

Un lugar especial

Todo fue fantástico. Fuimos 4 parejas y la casa es muy cómoda para todo, y tiene de todo. La zona de la piscina y la barbacoa está fenomenal y estuvimos muy a gusto. El sitio muy fresco, y a pesar del calor que hacía estuvimos muy bien de temperatura. A diez minutos andando hay una calas muy bonitas. Totalmente recomendable el trato del propietario que estuvo siempre atento. Para repetir

experiencia estupenda

La casa está de maravilla, con todo lo necesario. La pega es que para todo se necesita coche. Otra pega es que no hay ninguna cadena de televisión en español ya que todas eran cadenas británicas. Tambien pediríamos que las iondicaciones que existen en la casa están redactadas en inglés Por lo demás todo ha sido perfecto

Lovely villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable and well-appointed villa. It had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the fabulous view, the lovely pool and the mosquito nets and excellent blinds on all of the windows - no mosquitoes in night or light waking us in the mornings. Thank you and we would highly recommend it.

Fortnight Stay In June

We had a two week stay in June, the first week with our daughter, son in law and and 3 year old granddaughter, then the following week my sister joined us and we all enjoyed the Villa and Moraira area which have some lovely beaches and restaurants which cater for all. The weather was fabulous, each day around 32 degrees so the pool was a real joy and our granddaughter really progressed with her swimming ability while we cooled,off. The Villa is well equipped, we had a bbq night one evening which worked well and having the kitchen and lounge on the same floor as the pool area makes eating outside very easy. On arrival we found the safe out of action and the basement bedroom door handle stuck once closed, the latch did not return to open the door so my husband and son in law had to remove the door handle to open it which was slightly concerning, I was thankful it wasn’t our granddaughter locked in there but the next morning the property manager called and rectified this so all well in the end so all in all a lovely two weeks which we all thoroughly enjoyed.

Beautiful Villa

The villa is amazing and just as it is shown and described in the listing. It is so spacious and very clean. Well equipped with everything that you could need. The pool is fab and we spent many a day...and night making the most of it. The area is very quiet and pretty and only a short drive into town with great restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay again.

Outstanding spacious villa with great views

The villa was very spacious with great outdoor space to suit all our party. The bedrooms were all comfortable and well spread out to provide privacy. It was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your trip enjoyable- sun hats, beach chairs, umbrellas, inflatables and even shopping bags! The only downside was, being August, there was a lot of mosquitoes, so we needed to retreat indoors, and the lack of aircon in the lounge made it a bit uncomfortable, but we knew there was no aircon in there when we booked so not the owner’s fault! Lovely views, restaurants and places of interest to visit in the area.

The villa was perfect for our two families. There was plenty of space and there was everything that we needed there for our stay. Everyone enjoyed the pool, and there were options for sun and shade if you wanted it. Kim was very helpful on the couple of times we contacted her. A lovely villa, we would all definitely recommend.

Nice summer time

We had a very nice stay in Casa Eva - 2 adults and 2 kids on 16 and 18. The house is nice and clean and have good air condition and wifi. The outside area is fantastic with a very nice covered terrace and a pool with a good size for a family. The view is totally amazing. There was a welcome package in the fridge which makes you feel very welcom. The only two smaller issues is the couch in the outside launch area is broken - not very nice to sit in. And the toilet on the first floor is not working properly. But all in all the house gets my best recommendations.

Lovely property

Overall a very peaceful stay in a very nice area. A car definitely needed. Although we had wind & rain for a couple of days to start, it didn’t stop us enjoying the outside area, particularly at night which is what we enjoy the most, relaxing with a couple of glasses of wine. A couple of really good beach bars too for just drinks or very nice food.

Lovely villa with a lovely pool

A lovely place to relax with wonderful views and easy access by car to shops and the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. The children adored the swimming pool and evening barbecues.

Family holiday

Just returned from a lovely holiday at Villa Eva. The views from the Villa are beautiful both day and night. The location is peaceful and quiet. The villa itself was spacious with large bedrooms and bathrooms and much needed air conditioning in the bedrooms. Well equipped Kitchen. The pool area was perfect for our family holiday. My only neg comment would be the steepness of the roads in the area which made walking anywhere difficult with the young grandchildren. We hired a 9 seater vehicle which struggled with some of the hills. With hind site 2 smaller cars would have been better and there is plenty of parking space on the drive to accommodate this. I would certainly recommend a visit to Villa Eva. Kim the property manager was most helpful during our stay whenever we needed. I would highly recommend this villa.

Wonderful Holiday at Villa Eva

We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing stay at Villa Eva. The outside space in particular was great. We made fantastic use of both the pool and the bbq. The awning worked well when additional shade was required. We spent little time indoors but am sure that the sitting room would have been comfortable had we used it. The kitchen was well equipped, meeting our holiday needs when we chose to dine in. The information folder within the property was good for hints on places to eat and nearby supermarkets etc.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week in Villa Eva. The villa is in a super location with great views across the valley and conveniently situated for exploring the area. A car is recommended as Taxis are not the easiest to book! The villa was well presented with a super pool. The poolside hammock was real hit. Communication with the villa contact was excellent throughout and any questions were promptly answered. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed in Villa Eva for two weeks. Eveything was as advertised and indeed often better. Special mention for the Villa Managers Paul and Kim who were alaways available to answer questions and assist.

A Lovely Villa that really did tick all the boxes

This was a last minute booking due to a failed stay at a villa the previous week. From our arrival to our departure we had all wished that we’d book this for our entire stay. The Villa is very well appointed and situated in a lovely location - near enough to the beach and amenities but far away enough for the peace and quiet. There is also a lovely breeze from time to time that takes the sting out of a very hot day. The pool is also a great size and very well maintained. Both Paul and Kim the property managers were great and incredibly helpful. It felt really homely and showed that someone has cared for the property and was keen for their guests to also enjoy it. Communication was excellent all the way through and we were very sad to have to leave. Thank you to Mark and his team for a wonderful stay. We really hope to come back and visit again.

Wonderful Two Weeks

What a lovely place to stay. Lovely views (almost a sea view) and a mile walk to the sea (clocked with garmin). Easy communication with owner, and any small problems sorted immediately (day when Internet was down). Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

prachtige Spaanse Finca gelegen in mooie valei

Mooie Spaanse Finca, aangenaam zwembad , alles is aanwezig voor een prachtige vakantie ! De villa is goed gelegen in een prachtige vallei , doch wat afgelegen, maar alle bestemmingen zijn vlot bereikbaar !

Nice villa, but be prepared to do a lot of driving!

I always try and write balanced reviews, so here are the pros and cons ; Pros ; Rooms are spacious - the upstairs master bedroom in particular is lovely with great views The pool is a decent size and was cleaned twice weekly Kitchen is small but well equipped (although the kettle was a bit temperamental!) The views from the terrace across the valley are very nice (especially at night) The local property manager Paul was very helpful, especially when we managed to lock ourselves out at 1.30 in the morning! It is really tranquil - very little noise Cons ; Room around the pool is quite limited for a group of 8 Mosquitoes were a major problem for us. We were getting bitten around the pool from 4.30 every afternoon. This was probably a specific issue this summer, but late afternoon is our favourite time to sunbathe, so it was a problem for us. The biggest drawback with this villa for us was the location. I have no doubt that it would suit many people, but the lack of local amenities was an issue for us. You have to drive everywhere. There are no bars, shops or beaches within a 40 minute walk. Because of the local geography you have to travel up and down the valleys, with no shortcuts. The roads are quite narrow and very steep - you will spend a lot of time in first gear! As the designated driver I spent far too many hours of this holiday behind the wheel, and that does not make for a restful holiday. This is clearly no fault of the villa owners, and does not detract from the fact this is a very nice property, but it is a consideration for many people, and we should have done more research. This was our first time in the Benissa / Moraira area, and we had failed to appreciate the importance of location. Many prospective holidaymakers will not be put off by this - if you want peace and quiet and are happy to drive everywhere, the villa is perfect. It just wasn't quite right for us.

Great way to start summer vacation!

We stayed for one week in the beginning of July. Loved the fantastic view from the villa!! The pool was clean and very much appreciated. Garden and pool area were well sheltered in a nice and calm area. There were enough space for 2 families. Good parking space for two cars, and it was also possible to park in the street.
